New Orleans Inn

Nothing. I was billed and not able to stay and not being offered a refund for the issues. I had to arrive late and they were accommodating via message. Location not easy to find, not in a safe area, front desk person spoke very little English, they would not let me cancel nor are they willing to refund for a stay I did not get, it was filthy, it had a horrible smell, I felt unsafe, there were nearby gunshots, I was harassed by local element as I tried to get to the location, and the horror goes on. I’ve tried to get a reimbursement from the location as well as booking . com and NO one has reached out to me or made any attempts to rectify this horrible and stressful experience.

The motel was older but well maintained. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was relaxing. We'd come to town to catch a cruise and it had been a while since we'd gotten away. Our stay was for only one night, but it was so relaxing and the owner and staff were so helpful, we would've loved to have a couple of +extra days just to enjoy a relaxing time in this quaint little motel. This will definitely be one of our stays whenever our travels take us to New Orleans again! The hotel was great, our timing wasn't. We had booked a cruise that happened to be near the end of Mardi Gras. The traffic was horrible, and we weren't able to get around in town, or to find our prearranged parking because of all the streets being closed for the parades. As a result, we almost missed our cruise. Next time, we'll pay more attention to the calendar.

The internet was excellent Bed made with metal sheeting and mattress covered in plastic so extremely noisy with any movement, bathroom door wouldn’t close.

The location is accessible to reach by Uber or taxi going to downtown. There’s not a lot of restaurants nearby.

The rooms were clean and it’s affordable. In a sketchy part of town. The Uber driver told me that this is where the prostitutes hang out. Not sure if he meant the motel or just the area. Beds are hard as a rock.

The room was good. The area was quiet. The floor was extremely dirty. I had to wear flip-flops because my feet were extremely black from the floor. The water pressure was not good.

The online booking rate is higher. Book it directly by calling them. It's very cheap if booked at location. The ambience and location.

The clerks/staff were very good and helpful. The sheets were dirty. We had to request new sheets. Due to the uncleanliness, we felt uncomfortable there. The room was old and musty.

I want a cheap, clean place, and that’s the place.

The room was clean. WiFi and Cable connections were good. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy. The shower had good pressure. The location was sketchy and difficult to find. No amenities whatsoever except hand soap. A few fast food joints that were only open as drive through at 7pm.The "sitting area was about 4 x 5 in front of the air conditioning unit. Chairs were plastic stack type., those had to be used for luggage. Electrical outlets for charging not good, In order to use bathroom person on opposite side and to walk sideways. There was one overhead light, curtains needed to be open. This facaility was not what we expect when booking with Booking.com

bed was super soft and comfortable the room was clean and roomy and the pillows was nice and soft restrooms was clean and spacious and close to several shopping centers and near the freeway and it was not noisey nice and quiet stay one of the beds had took up most of the space between the wall to get to the restroom but we managed to sqeeze through it and it wasnt a big deal

Really clean room, modern furniture. There is a fridge and a microwave so that was handy.The neighbourhood is a little sketchy, but during daylight it's okay. There is a bus stop going downtown at 5 minutes walk

One of the cleanest places along that stretch of town. It was a little rough area but never felt unsafe. They kept it very clean around the rooms and the room itself was clean. If you just need a place to sleep and then go it will be perfect. Room was very small and the bed sounded like a drum and wasnt real comfortable.

Incredible value for the proximity to downtown and cleanliness. Super quick check-in. The location was a little sketchy, but wasn’t as concerned with security due to the hotel layout. Only real issue was the thin flat metal bed trim around the bed footing. Just created a weird noise and was a weird choice.

No breakfast

Very clean. Nothing fancy but had necessities. Neighborhood seemed safe but did not feel safe, need gates. Could not enter lobby even in daytime which made you feel unsafe. Couldn't find staff to check in at 4 pm, had to hunt them down, could not reach anyone by phone.
