There was no breakfast available. Thankfully, we did not pay for one, though the booking stated breakfast was included. People were partying and playing loud music from their cars until 11 pm. These cars were not there in the morning, so I do not believe they had rooms there.

The area is dangerous, I went to check in on arrival and the lobby was locked. The clerk swiped my credit card to pay and gave me my room key. I went to the room and it smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. I immediately returned to the lobby to complain and leave. I asked for a refund and the clerk told me to contact the manager on Monday.. I will be calling today to attempt to get my money back or will dispute the credit card charge with the bank.

Room was comfortable I didn't like the fact that there was a tampon in the back of my coffee pot and the drug riff raff

Location of the property, Air conditioner, beds & furniture.. Check-In was Not Smooth, Credit card declined twice.. Even we choose Non-smoking rooms, both the rooms had strong smell of smokes Bathroom was smaller

Wasn't bad, except all the people running around like it was a trap house.

The bed pillows were worn and dirty-looking so we placed the pillows into two separate plastic trash bags BEFORE we even dared to place our heads on them. The single blanket on the bed was in need of a good wash; I went to the front desk and insisted upon a cleaner one directly from the housekeeping laundry room. The person at the front desk tried to charge us extra for the room despite having the confirmation which showed the actual price we were supposed to pay. However, a quick call to Expedia managed to set the matter straight. Stay somewhere else if you value cleanliness and safety.

The maid service accidentally threw out my dental night guard (approx $300). The manager, Mr. Patel, was not on property and has since not responded to numerous email and telephone requests to discuss the matter. It's one thing to be refused, another to be ignored--utterly despicable. Expedia has called on my behalf--still no response. Expedia has not followed up on my request to contact the owners on my behalf.
