This motel needs a lot of improvement Service staff was responsive to my (and parents) needs but need to call them (and not available at all hours). They have accessible rooms/showers for wheelchairs for my needs. Had good AC for the hot days. The rooms were not good condition. Complementary breakfast room, serving hours, and food were all horrible and very unclean (sour pancake and roaches in the sink).

This motel needs a lot of improvement Service staff was responsive to my (and parents) needs but need to call them (and not available at all hours). The rooms were sub-par. They have accessible rooms/showers for wheelchairs. Had good AC for the hot days. Complementary breakfast room, hours, and food were all horrible and very unclean. There were expired/sour waffle mix, orange juice, and milk. There were visible roaches in the kitchen sink and floor. The breakfast hours were much less than they stated (less than 3 hours). Staff mentioned they "closed early" due to food shortage (note there were boxes of muffins still available next to fridge). Area and building are not too safe. Backdoors were left open and unlocked overnight, open to the street. Hotel staff are not available overnight and under staffed in the morning. Security cameras are everywhere so does offer some safety

It was HORRIBLE. Should not be more than a one star. If we had not arrived so late I would have left and found a new spot. It was dirty, smelled of marijuana, and not a secure location. Could not have been worse. There was NO breakfast. This place was horrible, Expedia should be ashamed

The area and the run down look . I didn’t even stay booked another room It look like you were going to be robbed

The price was good. It wasn’t quite as clean as I would like. It was acceptable, but not great. I appreciated the refrigerator/freezer so I could keep my ice packs frozen. The coffee packets in the room did not fit the coffee maker provided. But I was able to use them in a cup of water heated in the microwave. Old, dirty air conditioners were stored in the alcove where the ice machine was. Not very pleasant.

Pictures are not accurate. The property was definitely unkept and was falling apart. Kitchenette did not have any pans and stove was turned off. Which defeated the whole purpose and extra costs. Would not recommend unless very low budget & do not mind unsafe conditions.
-
Nothing My room had urine smell. The beds squeak with every turn and 1 and the air conditioner was not properly working and made a huge rattling sound. The breakfast had poor good selections.

The place is located more or less 15 minutes from downtown. The beds and comfortable ans check in was very easy . The bedroom smells bad

Broken A/C units in the hallway, stove in the room falling apart, bed bugs in the bed, sheets and pillows had stains on them and burn holes in the covers. Was gone in less than 3 hours, stayed long enough to find another place and rest in the parking lot from traveling.

Room was clean.

Beware this was not a great place to stay. Bathroom was not cleaned. Air conditioning was loud. No security and no coffee in the morning. Breakfast was very scarce. Far from anything. Won’t stay here again.

All went well with my stay.
-
Better continental breakfast choice and better kept of property
-
Nothing Everything the pictures online are very misleading and the homeless people sitting on the property relaxed. Not a good look soon as you pull-up drug heads come to the car asking for money is not a good look.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel. It was convenient and good value for my stay in New Orleans, and the Downtown area was a short drive away. I wouldn't walk around the local area, but the motel and site itself felt safe. Most of the personnel on reception were helpful and friendly, particularly the main manager. The breakfast was also plentiful and a bonus addition to my stay, as was the use of the washing machine.

The room was okay. The stand out of the whole stay was the gentleman who checked me in. (I think his name was DJ. Not sure if that's initials or his name is DeeJay). He worked with me to get a room that would work for my wife and I. He offered on room that my wife didn't care for so he offered a nicer room at the same price right across the hall. Plus, while I went on a New Orleans city tour in the morning, he allowed me to leave my luggage in the room so I didn't have to leave it in a parked car. Thank you DJ. Very nice of you. Plus, it was a fairly short drive to the French Quarter. A area of town that it was in seemed a bit sketchy. Lots of gang-like youths hanging around and the area had gang graffiti everywhere. But we were not bothered in any way so maybe my inclination is wrong.

Their advertising is misleading. For example, showing a complimentary breakfast that has many items is NOT true, saying someone is always available at the front desk, is NOT true. They are available on the property but not available to you. There is no buzzer, you can ring and no phone number you can call. When I asked about it, there was no apology. Just "what do you need" statements. But they do NOT come down in a reasonable time, if at all. It's unfortunate because this place, it could be better. If the owners/front deks customer service was up to par and transparent. This is definitely not worth the savings.

Nice hotel.

Located just one block away from Walmart and from bus stops. I was there 5 days, and only had my room done 2 days. What happened to daily housekeeping? Although it says Smoke Free, people smoke tobacco and marihuana constantly, making hallways smelly, and the smell seeps into the rooms. Breakfast was quite poor. Just waffles and cereal. Loud music throughout the night, noise and fights among guests...even had ambulance and police go to the property for a fight right outside my door.
