The bathroom was dirty roaches was in the room trash outside the door the attendant in the office on hand was very nice. No one was available when I checked out

The staff was great, but the rooms were not how they are described online. I requested a refund on both rooms and had no problem getting it. I would not recommend this motel to anyone until they fix it up to livable conditions! The rooms are dirty looking and the pillows are not real pillows, they are small hard and lumpy like throw pillows. The doors weren't secure so someone could break in easily. This place needs a major makeover!

Do not stay here. The tiles were falling off. We had to share a room with cockroaches. The door would not close and you had a prop a chair against it. The sheets were not clean. People were openly doing drugs outside. And someone tried to get into our room at 1:30 in the morning I was banging repeatedly on the window. Never again. If I had a negative star rating I would have used it

Nothing I didn't got sleep even for a minute. The beds were so dirtyl. It is so spooky. It is really bad.

The location was good The bathroom was terrible. The water in the faucet was very weak. The bathtub was slippery. I had to punch in the code to open the gate each time I enter/leave the facility. Some of the rooms were very smelly. Overall not a good experience.

I don’t want to place blame on management but I do firmly believe that management was aware a car jacking would occur while on the property. A young gentleman slapped the shoulder of another while pointing at my vehicle which prompted me to return to vehicle. On top of that Room 341 was slightly ajar not my room but still very concerning. Management did not even seem concerned or surprised when I asked for a refund and proceeded to explain the process to me

Nothing Run down place, very scary.

The hotel itself was a MESS, the restroom was disgusting, there was paint splatters, dirt, the tub was dirty and so was the sink. There were only three lamps, not very bright and one of them went out. The location was not a very great place to stay at, ever uber ride I was in I was questioned if I knew the area and was told to just be careful at night. First two nights it was relatively quiet, but a couple rooms down there was a huge family staying in a room and the children were absolutely loud, especially at night. I genuinely do not recommend staying there, it was dirty, dark, and not a great location.

The room is clean and spacious. The bus stop is nearby for easy access to the city center. There is a musty smell that goes away after I have the air conditioner turned on.

Very close to downtown New Orleans. We spent very little time driving and more time enjoying our stay in the city. Next door is a gas station named the Crowder Center and they had an amazing selection of freshly cooked food when we woke up each day. The beds seemed a little smaller than advertised as fitting two adults in a bed was difficult. The room was clean enough even if the walls and furniture was a bit old and our room stayed secure over the weekend. The atmosphere was a bit grungy but for the price it was within expectations. Our stay involved a group I dont know if I would return to this part of town alone.

Cheap Dirty , no lamp shades , no batteries in smoke alarm

It was very quiet. It didn’t have a microwave to warm food up nor a mini fridge. WiFi really wasn’t working.

The staff was friendly and helpful I didn’t have a chair , refrigerator or microwave in the room
