Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, New Orleans I-10 East, LA

My sons and I stuff was in that room when we went to eat. Luckily we were only missing a pair of crocs that we could tell. The pool looked like mini golf course green thankfully the sales associate stopped all skinny dipping 😊. But was disappointing my son could not enjoy a swim in the hot ... I hate leaving bad reviews but please fix the issues. Maybe we will come back

Hotels looks better on the inside then outside for sure. It’s an older hotel but it was in a nice area. No issues with safety and management was extra nice.

The hotel was really in bad shape at the bathroom was the worst.

The receptionist was very friendly, the bathtub was clogged and did not have curtain but we were moved to another bedroom.

It was very clean and comfortable.The lady at the front desk Michelle was very helpful and friendly

The location No swimming pool available, they said it is “closed” Microwave is not working The door knob lock in the bathroom is broken

Everything was great

Location was good. Not a far drive from the things we wanted to do. The pool was not usable which is a reason I originally chose the hotel. It was green due to the previous rain so I'm sure needed some cleaning. My tub was not as clean, it had some hair in the corners. Luckily i clean my rooms prior but that still wasn't excusable. The check in was quick and fast. The agent was courteous amd friendly.

The parking lot was decent. The night staff was a joke. When I checked in I was charged the deposit twice. The treated as if I’m stupid and can’t read my own bank app. The lady who screwed up told me oh well it’s the computer not me and I can’t help you. Her manager Novia Maylor was also a joke and told me to call my bank to fix their mistake, the next morning another staff let me know it had happened to several people and that it was the night persons fault I was overcharged and that calling my bank never would have helped me. Pool was down. Cards kept not working. Miserable and gross place. I will never stay here again. Incompetent and rude staff as well.

I didn't like that this app seems to think I stayed at a motel and I'm hoping I'm not getting charged for it because the place was horrible I would never stay there

Friendly staff

The hotel is older and needs updating and the rooms could be a little cleaner. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again

The staff was very nice and accommodated well The tv didn’t change stations and I think those couches should be taking out they look very worn out

The night manager was nice and fixed our tv. The pool that was advertised was not operable. The pool was Green. The food was as to be expected. I just enjoyed the OJ, no food was eaten. The shower was dirty, tiny space bathroom.
