Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, 7th floor was quiet. I wish the room was cleaner.

The room was absolutely terrible it was not clean at all we found a dirty sticky plastic mat under the pull out couch mattress along with some adult items, the fridge had an old burnt cookie shoved in the freezer part, the microwave could not be used because it smelled horrible when you opened it, the phone didn’t even have a cord plugged into it so it was unusable, we found old hair and hair items behind the chair in the corner, and the curtains in the living room area could not close because it was missing a curtain, and none of the ice machines worked except for one on the very first floor out of the 7 floors they had. The pool was also very cloudy and couldn’t see the bottom and all around the entire pool was disgusting, the light that was supposed to be in the pool was hanging out which could have been dangerous. Out of everything that was bad there the one good thing I can say was the lady who checked us in her last name was smith not sure of her first name but she was WONDERFUL and was as sweet as she could be!

Not a bad stay at all. Front desk clerks and other staff were really nice and welcoming. The only issue I had was the shower overflowing and draining slow, but that look like a structure issue. We didn't make use of the amenities just because we were gone, but the property was very well kept and clean from what I could see.

Not much It smelled like sewer. AC in first room didn’t work. Rooms were both filthy and first and dust was accumulated in all corners. Just overall had an unpleasant septic smell on all floors.

Negative: Room phone was did not work. Bathroom was under stocked (asked for more linens and toilet paper). Musty smell in halls and room. Pool was unappealing and hard to access. Country Inn and Suites is our go to and we had visited this location two years ago. However, the property was not anywhere near the same quality as in 2024.

Restroom need to be maintained better ! But overall the place was nice and cozy, I was on a solo trip and I felt very safe and comfortable here, front seat staff was very nice and helpful, they repaired my toilet in no time

How friendly the staff was The amount of towels you get for three guests

Convenient location The room wasn’t clean, need to be updated the tub was peeling paint, the window curtains had holes in them , and it had an old smell, they only gave us one set of towels for two guests

It was ok it need to be more up to date it was ok The front desk guy was very nice and polite

It was clean, rooms were nice. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was out of a lot of food by 8:15 and was supposed to be opened til 9. No waffle mix or other hot items.
