Location to I-10 and Waffle House. Good free parking. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very dirty and smelly hallway carpet. A/C condensation dripping on the back exit painted walk way under the awning was extremely slippery! Almost fell. Monday 6AM breakfast was 5 minutes late. I slid open the door to get a cup of coffee and the lady there scolded me like I was one of her kids and kept it up for 5 minutes. After a while it became humorous as she was definitely under some type of emotional stress.

The area was quiet and not alot of traffic The room had a bad mildew smell the carpet was wet and the bathroom door kept getting stuck and couldn't get out

The price. We traveled with son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and selected there due to the pool. It was a be beautiful day and for some reason the pool was closed. The blanket had a huge hole in it. There were little black hairs in the shower when we got the room.

Front desk was always helpful. My room was great. The breakfast was good

the room has a moisture problem. the walls were moldy in the room and the bathroom it had a sewage stinch and the carpets were dirty

They left vomit in the elevator and refused to clean it simply placed a caution sign there and left it They lacked. Cleanliness

It’s an old place that shows in the over-repainted and cracking tub surfaces, and creaks and crevices everywhere else, but they do what they can I guess. The actual room wasn’t bad. Breakfast? Go to the waffle house nearby if you really need it.

Rooms were clean and staff was great

Friendly staff. They were wonderful. Ran our of body wash in the middle of the shower. I told the lady at the front desk the next morning and she was very helpful . It was still a pain though. I had to use shampoo to wash off.

The room was clean and comfortable. There are walkable food spots. Staff was friendly.

The biggest issue I had with the room was the constant thumping noise from water dripping onto the large window A/C unit from the units above. It was especially noticeable when trying to sleep, and I ended up running the A/C just to help drown out the sound. Even then, the repetitive thumping was still distracting and made it difficult to fully relax.
