This property needs alot of work and cleaning. The price is nice but not worth the stay.

Though there is a gate for safety. My family and I didn't feel safe. There were people in the parking lot living in their car. There were dirty mattresses and furniture out by a dumpster that I can only imagine were full of bed bugs.

Everything was great
-
Do not go here. Had feces on towel !!! Then receptionist told me to go get it as if I’m her housekeeper I will call the board of health
-
I don't have any complaints.
-
Smelled like dusty mold, doors don't fully close. No phone on room, no microwave, no ice machine. The snacks cost more at the desk then the vending machine( was told only to buy from front desk) staff didn't make bed, didn't vacuum room only replaced a few towels.
-
Quiet environment and pool was available Only staff that spoke English was at the front desk and the breakfast was trash

My family and I only visited to use the pool, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, unwelcoming, and seemed bothered when we asked questions. Good customer service goes a long way, and we definitely didn’t feel valued as guests. I hope management addresses the staff’s attitude so future visitors have a better experience.

Great stay! The room was clean, check in was quick and easy, and the hotel is right next to the highway, which made getting around convenient. The secured parking lot was also a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Trident Inn was no where near what we thought it was going to be. The breakfast was no where near the best. The only protein were hard boiled eggs and that was it every day. The eating area was not a clean area even if the tables were clean. What got us irritated was that my wife was sleeping and that I decided to go down and get breakfast to bring for the both of us. On the walls it said "please keep breakfast within the area" or something like that which I didn't really notice until the receptionist clerk told me on the way back because I was getting orange juice for my wife. The clerk told me that I would be charged "X" amount for each instance they saw me bringing items back. Without complaint I told the clerk okay and that I'd bring the food back right away. I went back to the room and told my wife. We both agreed that I'd bring the food back and just throw it in the trash and leave once we were ready for check out. The rooms were not completely clean. It smelt mildewy the entire stay and my wife had to spray Lysol everytime we went back to the room so it could be tolerable for her. Cannot come back here.
-
The room was not really that bad but when I got there to check in the staff wasn't even there. So I checked in after 4:00pm. Then I tried to visit the pool around 5pm and it was hot outside so I went back to my room and came back after sun went down and the pool was closed. What in the hell??? It's cool outside and we had no access to the pool. I will never stay here again.

Bad service in all
-
Helpful staff, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good too.
-
The room was reasonable priced. They attempted to keep the deposit for the room because the sheets needed to be changed after the stay. No damage just sheets that needed to be cleaned.
