I felt like housekeepers worked hard to keep the rooms clean. However, there's only so much you can do. The bathrooms are older. I almost flipped and fell a few times because the tile floor. The toilets were old so it doesn't look like they're clean but they are. The shower had mold underneath and looks like the tubs need to be resurfaced. The carpets aren't clean so you have to keep the air condition on so it doesn't make a odd smell. The TVs were very hard to work. I will say that the attendant was very nice to come up and try to fix ours. FYI we didn't turn the TV off the whole time cuz we didn't want to have her come up again.

Upon checking in the front desk lady was rude. We checked in left the hotel and came Bck. We used the towels for the kids so he went down to the desk to ask for towels .she had an attitude and stated we just came for towels and he couldn’t get any. I was confused because I only came in for check in. I spoke to her about the mold / mildew in the shower she ignored me I was discriminated against because she thought I was another black lady who had kids. When I asked her for her name she didn’t want to give it to me . I’ll never come back here after this stay ! I’ve spent a lot of money coming here since march and never have I ever felt so weird .

The place was cool. All front desk people were good, had a very nice stay and will come back again

The place is pretty cool and clean. Spacious rooms, only issue is a slow elevator but it's an old property. The gal at front desk is very nice. I recommend this place and will stay here again

The rooms weren’t as clean as they should’ve been and access to the amenities weren’t consistent at all. The pool was only available whenever their moody extra flamboyant property manager decided to open it. The women staff up front did an amazing job with what they had, second floor ice machine and vending was out. First night fire alarm went off 3 times.

Safe and sound

If you have any inconvenience along your stay please do not expect them to be understanding what so ever, they are simply money hungry.

My boyfriend & I had no issues, other than the moisture left in the bathroom for hours after a shower. The mini-fridge was FANTASTIC!!! I put drinks in there overnight, & the next day, they were frosty. We can only do 1st floor rooms (bad knees), & this room was in the absolute perfect spot. We didn't come across any of the staff, except for the young lady at the check-in desk. All in all, our stay was a nice one.

The rooms were decent and clean. On first day we had problems with not getting cold water at faucet, we thought someone was in the room because the TV was on until we figured out the TV doesn't turn off unless you unplug it (The girl at the front gave me a reason, but it didn't make sense), the volume on TV didn't work, and new led was needed for lamp it flickered. There were several people smoking outside the door and my husband was offered a toke in front of our kids. The breakfast was okay just waffles and cereal with no eggs available. The pool wasn't available the entire stay due to some rain, but when rain cleared up was sunny for a bit it was still closed so we never got pool bracelets. Then was told Friday they would put is in another room/have maintenance check faucet cold water issue on Saturday. So wife went to front desk Saturday and was told their maintenance guy is almost in and they would send him, but we had to call later in afternoon as no one had shown up to room yet. When maintenance came he fixed everything easily except he couldn't figure out how to make the TV turn off he thought it was odd too and I said it's probably the Cox box since it kept going to that channel I'm not sure if he reported it to the front desk it never got resolved. The biggest annoyance was the smoke alarms going off on Saturday night and very early Sunday morning around 3-4 times. We were told by front desk they can't control what their guests do. They did accomodate late checkout
