Bring bug spray for roaches, pool isn’t functioning, bring your own towels & toiletries. It was convenient to downtown New Orleans, only 15 minutes away from bourbon street. Would recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere better. Also allows pets for reasonable fee.

The rooms be clean One room toilet wasn't flushing,one room had bed bugs in the sheets and crawling on my pillow they gave me another room I had checked that bed and sheets to make sure it didn't had bed bugs

Was very close to where we wanted to be as well as the interstate. Bathroom door wouldn't close, water for shower was cool and no pressure. Breakfast was not very good and cigarette hole in sheets.

It was convenient Ac didn't work properly, there was no coffee, the coffee maker in the room was broke, shower was broke, there was mold and mildew in room.

we did not stay at this property. The cigarette and pot smoke and the room had no light and the air-conditioning unit was taken apart on the floor and there was a pile of dirt 3 feet in front of the door. The lady at the desk says that she would cancel our booking so I hope she does it. The place is just horrible. nothing

The bath was not draining, the room is smelling a mold and the there was no coffee on the breakfast, the-coffee machine was out of order The room was smelling bad the pool was out of order and dirty

The room smelled bad no microwave and it was supposed to be included in the room the staff has an attitude problem!!! Mold all on the ceiling it was a very bad experience! Everything
