My family and I had to switch rooms four different times because the hotel refused to give us a refund, and since we were out of town, most other hotels were fully booked. Room #1: The air conditioning did not work. Room #2: Water was seeping through the floor, the room smelled like mildew, and there were large cockroaches. Room #3: We found bed bugs. We woke up around 4:00 a.m. and immediately went to the front desk. We asked to speak with the manager, but we were told the manager was asleep and that the only option was to switch rooms again. We returned around 8:00 a.m. hoping to speak with the manager and request a refund. We didn’t even sleep in the new room because, at that point, we no longer felt safe staying there. While waiting, the staff showed us yet another room. Before we could even consider it, there was another bed bug sitting on the bed. This was one of the most horrifying hotel experiences my family has ever had. Between the bed bugs, cockroaches, mildew, leaking floors, broken air conditioning, and the lack of professionalism from management, this stay was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risk do not stay here. I would give this hotel 0/10 and will never return.

Location was close to stores and restaurants and it was a good price No wifi and air conditioner rarely stayed cool abd there red wasp in the stairs I got stung bringing my stuff upstairs bathroom vent didn't work so you had to burn up to shower or use the bathroom

I liked that the beds were tall The short curly hair in the bathtub. The roaches. The mold. The fact that I had to pay for the two nights before got the key. The lack of internet.

Upon arrival I ask to check the room and was declined. I was put in a room grill of mildew /mold and a hole in the ceiling. The room was hot and I askied to be switched to a new room I got the new room went in walked in it seems to be fine I turned on the air and I left for almost an hour to grab food clothes and items from Walmart . When I arrived the room was still hot and I figured I had the door open no the room got hotter then temperature didn’t change . My kids was sweating and so was I. To the point we needed up checking out! I asked for a refund and was declined!! My son is 7months old and due to the heat it triggered his asthma we needed up in the hospital . I’ve contacted the better business bureau and the legal services !!! NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRR COME HERE THE HOTEL HAS MOLD AND MILDEW ALLLLL OVER VEDY DIRTY AND IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I like that it was secluded away from crime and loitering. I also liked the pool even thought I didn’t get in it. Kevin and the older guy who came to unclog my drains were great. Comes with microwave and mini fridge. The bed was soft and comfortable. The laundry room for guests was horrible. Standing water in the machines and don’t work. I was bit up by bugs all on my back, shoulders and sides. Somebody left their cockroach in my room. The sheets had stains on them. The biggest upset was the woman who was on the phone accusing me of lying about traveling with pets. She never asked me and I assumed the pet fee was included in the online charge. They wanted to charge me $20 per pet per day. $120 for tiny poodle puppies. For what I paid I could’ve gotten a luxury hotel room.

The room was not cleaned properly, towels were stained, tub was just yucky looking, but you get what you pay for.

We ended up not staying. The door shook even though it was locked, and the deadbolt lock was removed. The air conditioner barely cooled the room.

I stay here every year and I have no complaints. The staff is great, the rooms are nice roomy and comfortable. My go to spot. Convenient to interstate and restaurants. Nice double abd single rooms and a pool I have no complaints

I liked that the property was right off of the interstate. It was not clean by any means and had a putrid smell to the room. The room needs major renovation. The shower water didn’t drain properly and I was standing in my own soap scum.

Poor choice of a hotel

Dead roaches and mouse droppings everywhere. The place smelled like mold of which I am allergic to. I could not stay and they would not refund my money. Another woman, a guest was leaving with her children because one of her children was bit by something in the hotel. Warning....DO NOT STAY HERE!

Things got worse when the toilet clogged and the room phone did not work, so we had to use our cell phone to contact the front desk. Around 6 PM, we were told there was no maintenance staff available to plunge the toilet. The employee offered to send us a plunger so we could handle it ourselves, which is unacceptable when paying for a hotel stay. We asked to be moved again, but the next room shown to us was in even worse condition, so we stayed where we were. The following day, we asked to speak with a manager. One employee told us the manager was out of town, then later changed the story and said he would return in a few hours. We came back later and still no manager was available. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of management support made this a very disappointing experience. I believe some type of compensation or refund is appropriate given the condition of the rooms and the way the situation was handled.

Due to an unforeseen emergency change I did not stay there at all but I am have major difficulties getting my refund even though I purchase reservation protection. Now I am getting the run around about my money. But they will hear from me again
