At check-in, I observed guests' licenses publicly posted on a board. When I questioned the requirement for a copy of my own ID, the clerk told me to I can just leave and this was a managers policy which is an envision of privacy. I felt pressured to stay as my room was already paid for…. The first room assigned was unsanitary and poorly maintained. It smelled strongly of mold, the bedding and pillows were stained, a shell was left on the bed, the tub was stained, the shower curtain was missing, and the shower head was heavily corroded. Additionally, there was black mold on the lampshade, the towel bar was missing, and the faucet handle fell off…. The second room was equally problematic. The air conditioning unit was rusted, missing its top panel, and non-functional. The main light fixture's power cord was cut, the telephone was dirty, the coffee tray was rusted, and the bathroom ceiling vent was broken and hanging. Moved to a third room….Given these extreme cleanliness issues, non-functional amenities, and privacy violations, I request that this matter be reviewed and addressed immediately.

Desk service was ok, the dining area was not, some chairs were broken, but it was clean

The rooms are out dated they have mold and one of the rooms had water from the ac leaking all over the floor had our feet wet and me and my 6 year old daughter caught a bad cold

First room locks didn’t work or door closed properly, it had 2 cockroaches. Refrigerator was broken, told the front desk, and the lady told me all rooms are like that, that the “security” of all rooms is just the door handle. I got a different room, locks worked, refrigerator worked but was in horrible conditions but had 5 cockroaches! I returned my key and left right away! Horrible service!

I would stay again

Air conditioning did not work in one of the 2 rooms. The property is very old and poorly maintained, several electrical switches didn't work, shower water pipes make noise, some towels were not clean.

Also, it's genuinely in a really bad location.

How comfortable the bed is, and the plentiful charging ports at the lamps. N/A.

The TV controller was not working, and reported to the front desk and no one came to fix the TV. The breakfast lacked of variety, the decaf coffee came out just wafer.

Nothing I drove 11 hrs was very tired sheet where dirty no pillow cases had to put my own blankets on bed for my kid to sleep bathroom door wouldn't shut mold on shower curtain wouldn't give me refund

Location was the only decent thing. Nearby many food places! Staff was nonchalant, very short, unwelcoming. All they had for breakfast was waffles and cereal. No coffee, no juice, nothing. Rooms were dirty, leaky fridge, doors that didn’t lock, it stinks, trash behind the bed, beds wasn’t made…. Bad.

Bedding had cigarettes holes & sheet had a blood stains. Flooring terrible & shower rod barely hanging onto the wall in the bathroom. Property needs some clean up, especially the dog droppings around the pool area.

It was a bad experience

My family and I had to switch rooms four different times because the hotel refused to give us a refund, and since we were out of town, most other hotels were fully booked. Room #1: The air conditioning did not work. Room #2: Water was seeping through the floor, the room smelled like mildew, and there were large cockroaches. Room #3: We found bed bugs. We woke up around 4:00 a.m. and immediately went to the front desk. We asked to speak with the manager, but we were told the manager was asleep and that the only option was to switch rooms again. We returned around 8:00 a.m. hoping to speak with the manager and request a refund. We didn’t even sleep in the new room because, at that point, we no longer felt safe staying there. While waiting, the staff showed us yet another room. Before we could even consider it, there was another bed bug sitting on the bed. This was one of the most horrifying hotel experiences my family has ever had. Between the bed bugs, cockroaches, mildew, leaking floors, broken air conditioning, and the lack of professionalism from management, this stay was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risk do not stay here. I would give this hotel 0/10 and will never return.

Location was close to stores and restaurants and it was a good price No wifi and air conditioner rarely stayed cool abd there red wasp in the stairs I got stung bringing my stuff upstairs bathroom vent didn't work so you had to burn up to shower or use the bathroom
