Second time staying excellent experience

All the staff was very polite and helpful , from the front desk to the cleaning team, also, the young lady who cooked the breakfast was very, very, very nice, I really appreciated her, very helpful I just can’t remember her name! Also thank the night manager Tony for me.

The staff Wanda, Jasmine, it was a Hispanic lady who I can't remember her name and a guy can't remember his name even the house keepers were very nice and friendly. The location was great for The event I was attending and great food places right next door and across the street. Their 20 oz pop/ soda, water and chips was just a $1 I couldn't believe it. My room had a little odor but they offered to move me, but I brought some air freshener and made it work.

They even let us leave our car in the lot while on our cruise Would definitely stay here again

Only thing was that it was right off the interstate. The Hotel had a bad stinch odor from entering the lobby, all through the hotel. The room had an even stronger fowl odor like mildew, etc. At check-in I was only told to make sure I had my key at all times because main door stays lock, and thats how I would get back into the hotel entrance, and where the wifi was on the key card booklet. No other information about breakfast times, pool hours, etc was giving. Anytime I passed front desk no one was there to greet you during the day times. The worst place ever that I have stayed. Bathroom wasn't fully clean. The tub had old dried conditioner or shampoo still inside the tub. Wall looked damage and wall paper like it was coming apart. The Beds was super uncomfortable, and hard.

Was very clean. The staff was excellent very friendly.

Location Room was up to standards and was moved to another room to accommodate, but it was still a little disappointing.

Great service. Not the best part of town but well serviced. Good security guard!! Breakfast could have been quicker but it was decent.

The staff was kind. Location good. Room ac was not good. Never really got cold. The coffee maker didn't work, the pool was down for cleaning (was a major reason we booked at this hotel), the pull out bed was awful- you could feel every spring, and we smelled cigarettes through the wall.

Clean and easy for parking

Our room was worn down, muggy, dirty, rusted, and never cooled off. We were fairly certain we were going to die in the elevator after the first time so we walked the 4 flights of stairs the remainder of the trip. The pillows are the size of a throw pillow. Breakfast was over at 10. We went at 9 and there was nothing to eat. There was some cereal but no milk. There was a waffle machine with no waffle mix. What a disappointment.

Cleanliness, and approximation to the event. I liked everything about this property. I have no complaints.
