Staff, especially Amanda at the front desk, are amazing- super friendly and very helpful! The elevator- very hot and had a horrific smell.

I slept in later than breakfast hours, but I was able to get coffee, which was all I needed to get me started for the day. Room was too cold upon entry; it took a moment to figure out how to make adjustments, but a call to the front desk solved the problem.
