Any concerns I had were addressed.

Our room’s carpet was completely saturated with water and reeked of mildew and had visible mold on the ceiling. There was no other available room to switch us to and no attempt to relocate us to another branch or a sister-hotel within the city. The manager handling the situation was so rude and unhelpful. I have never experienced anything remotely close to this situation at a usually very reliable and nice hotel. They basically sent us away and told me to deal with it through booking.com and that it was their problem despite your hotel being the party to not deliver agreed upon services that were paid in full. I am incredibly disappointed with how this whole experience unfolded and am heavily going to reconsider using your hotel in future stays.

We loved that this hotel had breakfast and it was very good and had a great selection. Our room was great beds were comfy . The front desk woman was just so kind and helpful to us.

The stay was great. I had no complaints about the hotel. The ladies that worked the front desk were amazing, helpful, && very friendly. Even gave recommendations on what we can do while in town. I would definitely stay again.

Elevator seemed broken. Elevator was shaking and dropping during rides. But the rest of the hotel 5 star.
