Good hotel

Location was perfect

Very clean, fantastic location, and good breakfast! Would recommend and stay again.

Overall the facility was clean, comfortable bed, friendly front desk staff, and the parking area was so convenient. Not a fan of the cleaning system. Wasn't sure about getting fresh towels didnt see a housekeeper until I was checking out. I did not know where to empty the trash such as baby diapers.

Breakfast was ok. Not bad but not great. No toiletries or hand soap at the bathroom sink, but shower items were installed and available. Beds were comfortable. Parking was affordable.

Hotel was situated in a quieter area of New Orleans, good transport links to the centre. Relaxing reception area and pool area. Room was clean, breakfast good choice.

The staff was nice and the hotel was what you would expect for the property type. I needed the room for one night, so I can’t say how good are all of the amenities. What I did experience was good.

It’s a very good location and has all you need for a home base- free wifi and breakfast, small exercise room with a couple of treadmills. The bathroom and linens were getting a bit tired and could use a good scrub and refresh. For some reason housecleaning cleaned the bath but not the bedroom- don’t know why. For the price it was ok- I’d give it a 3.5 if I could.

The location of the property was good and clean. The problem I ran into was in booking my stay. I booked early but had to change my check out date. This request was changed but the change was not recorder correctly in the hotel data base. I had to pay the bill for one day and then ay again for the added day. More fees were added to my bill that I would like t see refunded to me,

The breakfast was good and the staff was great. Very pleasant and helpful on suggestions. Didn't act put out .000001% unlike the thing working at hotel in Texas. Great experience.
