St. Charles Inn

I really enjoyed the one night stay at St. Charles Inn. This cozy and clean room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and clean. The was a bit small but nice and clean. Love the free parking and breakfast. Only thing that I didn't like was having to wait for staff to check in and to wait for staff to check out each time I went to the front desk. There was no one there, and there was no bell to ring.

Great property, clean and spacious room, excellent customer support made this a surprise find in the Uptown NOLA. Was a last-minute trip to visit my daughter in a neighborhood school. I used the trolley twice in two days. The attached restaurant is a fantastic place to dine. I will definitely stay here again,

Very nice boutique style hotel. What you’d expect…. Smaller rooms and older bathrooms. Excellent bed and pillows. Overall nice place to stay. Great location if you want to be out of the French Quarter but close enough for easy drive or Uber.

We loved the neighborhood, charm of the Hotel, proximity of the Trolley Cars, and the restaurant connected to the Hotel. The staff were very professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable. Right near the trolley into the action. The breakfast was nice too. We read online that parking was available onsite and unable to be prebooked. We arrived and were told we would have to park two blocks away in a hospital car park, pay for it, then be reimbursed, as they had no spaces left in the onsite carpark. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew this was the case. Pillows were uncomfortable, we left with sore necks… BYO!

Beautiful immaculate room!

Exceptionally clean, loved the location, staff were friendly and informative. Bed was comfortable, room itself was great overall. The simple breakfast is a nice amenity. Toilet is positioned very strange so the toilet seat is unable to stay up on its own and was clogged when we got into the room.

Electric outlets subpar, bathroom small, relatively austere feel but I would stay there again.

Absolutely stunning property very clean very quiet. Superior grill conveniently located right next door with access from the hotel lobby. Their food is great, mexican food. If you're looking for something other than creole. Didn't hear any room noise from the street or the hallway? The beds were exceptionally comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful when I had questions about local areas to visit, they went above and beyond. We'd highly recommend this place if you're a visiting conveniently. Located in the garden district with the trolley, located right across the street. Easy access to get on and off to go uptown or downtown and to the french quarter, about a twenty minute ride to the french quarter on the trolley. This place is also pet friendly. So if you're traveling with your fur, babies and excellent choice. Free gated parking if you drive. Can't wait to visit again I don't have anything bad to say it was great.I wouldn't change anything. Perfect!
