Fabulous property ,great secure parking. Location so convenient to restaurant bars, walking opportunities. Cable car is directly at the front door. The staff was fantastic. The continental breakfast bar was well stocked with a variety for everyone hard-boiled eggs were a definite plus and of course community coffee. It really doesn’t get better than that.

The hotel is gorgeous with a lot of history. I rather stay in a hotel with character like this for any trip. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The streetcar pickup/drop-off is less than a minute away.

Staying in the Garden District was sooo much better than staying in the city center. Lovely hotel in lovely neighborhood. Free parking allowed us to have a rental car and freely explore beyond New Orleans. I would choose this place again.

Quaint, clean, friendly helpful staff and free secure parking all in a great location. The attached restaurant is excellent.

Bed was comfortable and check in was fast

Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas and comfortable beds. The two reasons for the lower rating were the electrical plugs, worn out and would not hold a power adapter, and the shower head that sprayed water everywhere and was not adjustable. I do recommend the St. Charles Inn, the location is nice and right on the streetcar line.

Room was large. Had a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. Elevator was in good condition. Had gated parking. The staff had reserved a handicap place for us. The parking only had room for 23 cars. Very packed. If one got there late, no place to park.

Great two story hotel right on St Charles. Very quiet, even with a room facing the street. Front desk staff were very helpful, particularly when I needed to reserve a spot in their parking lot. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to another stay in the near future!
