St. Charles Inn

The hotel is dated and damp. The air conditioning in the room barely worked and the beds were uncomfortable and small.

Also, the parking lot is very small and you are not told until you get there they have additional parking 1 block away from the hotel.

This is a comfy place located on the streetcar lane with friendly staff. It includes breakfast and off street parking. Great historical place to stay, just as described!

It was very close to public transportation towards the City We were on the third floor were it was hot the AC couldn’t keep up which is understandable due to summer weather.

Charming, safe, clean hotel. It’s right at the street car stop. The staff was very nice and helpful. You can do free street parking or a $25/nt gated, which is what we did. Superior restaurant access is through the lobby as well which is an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent! Beautiful and quiet hotel, friendly staff, nice amenities, and spacious rooms. Convenient parking included and location to New Orleans. Trolley runs right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great and convenient. Will definitely be back!

This hotel is now my little secret! From the free parking, very polite friendly staff to the beautiful clean rooms we were very satified. We loved that it was so close to everything yet just far enough to have peace. The location & use of the Tram to the hotel was the cherry on top! We will certainly be back.

I stay at St. Charles Inn when I visit family in New Orleans. I am widowed and an older female. I feel extremely safe here. The staff is extremely courteous. Two of them helped me today with a quirk on my phone. Extremely nice!!! Rooms are very clean. This place is just cozy. So glad I found it.

We love this property and have stayed multiple times. It never disappoints! We love everything about it.

I loved the room, and the fact that there was a connected restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged for us to have connecting rooms, when I had to book a second room for my son when he decided to go with us. The breakfast could have had more "reaol" food, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, or waffles.

The hotel was lovely and met our needs. The front desk staff could be better informed about local services and also be better prepared to assist customers with their concerns

This was a lovely place to stay. Street car stop right outside the door. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Not what I expected from the reviews. The a/c in my room didn’t work it was hot I called the front desk asked for another room was told no and basically deal it because there was nothing that could be done breakfast the bagels were so hard. Probably won’t ever stay here again

Parking included is a bonus. And finally, staff was very helpful and friendly. Although TV was large and modern, there was no possibility to acess the streaming channels.

A great and safe location, along with an up-to-date and spotlessly clean room. Definitely recommend.
