Inn on St Ann

We were given the Armstrong Suite and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and clean. We had an entire balcony to ourselves overlooking St Ann St. which was a great place to people watch. Fun fact, it is directly across the street from Marie Laveau’s “haunted” property (voodoo queen). The hotel is close to many attractions and walkable to some great restaurants and fun areas of the French Quarter. Not a complaint, but parking in Nola is a challenge. We ended up paying $50 a night for a lot that was nearby. We figured it was better than risking a ticket or being towed. Overall, great experience and a very friendly staff.

Housekeepers extremely polite & helpful. Close to everything. Nice amenities.

If you’re considering this place then prepare yourself to get black out drunk to sleep peacefully because the pillows feel like they’re stuffed with jeans and the bed feels like sleeping on hoodies. If you choose to turn on the AC which sounds like a power generator, then you will be accompanied by rat noises or ghosts or both.

L’emplacement est incroyable, mais l’établissement pas très bien tenu. Les installations de la salle de bain très médiocres. Le plancher très sale, les pieds deviennent noir en traversant la chambre. Pas de service, il faut attraper par hasard une employée pour réclamer des serviettes et le dimanche personne ne fait la chambre. Un peu déçue de ce point de vue.

Through Expedia I was asked to set up an e key. It never happened. I called the hotel repeatedly and was hung up on. Tried to communicate w Expedia/through Expedia and received NO RESPONSE. Discovered that there is no staff at the desk at this location and that the hotel has consolidated staff to other properties. The room was filthy. Bathroom floor was unclean and linens were dirty. NO staff was reachable. I tried to work this through Expedia, but only avenue was to submit a review. They offered no solutions an don help. Inn on St Ann as an operational entity is not staffed like a hotel you'd expect to stay at. I will not be going back (after years of going here). A property in decline and with no staff to support it. Clearly a cash grab.

i did not get the room i booked i reserved and paid for a king bed not in the main building they did not have it also was a cluster to get checked in i had to walk back and forth between 2 hotel

I like the location. It was convenient to get to Bourbon street. I don’t like the fact we had to ask for our room to be clean, for fresh towels, or tell them what we wanted clean in our room. Also something of my husband’s came up missing. I probably won’t stay there again.

They have 3 properties and NO PARKING. The place is right in the French Quarter, but parking is honestly the main reason that cut my trip in half. I ended up spending 3 times the cost of a dinner because I had to pay for an Uber to go to the restaurant. I wish it had been stated before I made my reservation. I sent a message to the administration letting them know that I was checking out early - they are not required to, and they did not give me any refund or credit for the 2 extra nights I ended up paying for.

Good location. Clean, Digital key entry. No serious complaints Pictures were old. Everything was as expected and a great deal. However if someone booked this based on pictures they might be disappointed in the outside common area.

Very easy. Small quaint hotel with lots of character like stepping into a cozy bed and breakfast. Our room was right off the front door, which made it feel extra homey. Each room has its own character and charm. The location was perfect for exploring New Orleans, and the staff really went above and beyond, even helping me track down something I thought I’d left behind. Charming

I was expecting to get balcony views according the pictures shown on the Expedia webpage.

I am a hard person to make happy, but this hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Traveling solo needed somewhere cheap and close to Bourbon Street. This was it! The deposit was exactly what they said and no hidden fees. Perfect!
