Loved my stay.

The decor was unique on the walls of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful: Kim, Shaun, Curtis and Nomakki. The facility was very old and needed a little more up keep. No phone in the rooms, curtains torn, gaps in doors towards the outside, TV didn't work in some of the rooms, water leaking from ceiling in bathroom and hallway. After initial shock and some adjustments were made, we made the best of our stay.

Beware of the so called hotel…it’s more like a motel…I was disgusted as soon as I stepped into lobby furniture was old and filthy…pool was cloudy..court yard was infested with huge cockroaches and they were in the hallways too ..room smelled horrible old and mildewy …was supposed to stay til the 7th I checked out on the 5th and checked into another hotel…ruined the 1st half of my trip..if I could give this place 0 stars I would..

The hotel and property were clean. We appreciated the history of the hotel and the "charm" of staying in an older place. The A/C in our room was extremely cold. After walking around the French Quarter, coming back to a cold room was greatly appreciated. The room offered little sound proofing and the blinds on the door had gaps. There was a transom over the door and the hall light kept the room pretty bright. Our biggest complaint is the bed. They have a king mattress and box springs sitting atop a queen platform. You don't really notice until you're in bed and trying not to roll off the edges. Also one of the noisiest beds we've ever slept on. Any slight movement caused loud creaking. Some of our lights and outlets also didn't work.

Room had blood on the mattress room had no Air Conditioning had bugs in the bathtub I what my money refunded back spoke spoke with the Hotel Manager was told Expedia would have to refunded the money back this Hotel is very nasty I want my money back

The downside were the rats and roaches on the property. It was disgusting and disheartening to say the least. To walk in or out of my hotel room and see huge roaches scattering is nerve wracking. Not to mention, there was a giant rat beside the pool when I was in it one night. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Personally, I would NOT recommend this hotel due to the rodent issue. No one wants to see roaches and rats roaming the property. Not a good look.

Had to move rooms , nothing available until 4pm the next day :( Second room was good :) First room , opened to the street, did not feel safe , could hear everything on the street & mattress was totally unexceptable. Staff was pleasant

Only bed and a nightstand covered the whole room. There was no 2nd night stand Entry door, terrible. TV didn’t always work No chair No table No mirror in the room Room was only 12 x 12 in size No walking or seating space Bathroom - must stand next to toilet bowl to use vanity No towel hangers Toilet seat broken and toilet had a lot of yellow stains Shower too dirty and curtain goes only half-way due to 2nd floor stairs being on top, letting us wet the toilet seat next to the dirty bath Bugs and flys in the No coffee or drinks

Our stay was amazing. Quaint property with friendly and helpful staff. It had tons of character and just a few minutes walk to everything we wanted to go to! We will be coming back again!
-
Honestly not as clean as the pictures make it out to be.

The lady that works reception at night is extremely rude! But other than the place is VERY charming and everyone was very kind and helpful. They even allowed my family and I to swim past closing as long as we weren’t loud - which was such a treat. It’s in a great location and the vibe is exactly what you want from an old French Quarter hotel!

This is my third visit to New Orleans and my third day at Hotel Saint Pierre! Location, location, location! Phenomenal phenomenal staff! Each one has gone out of the way to help me out! I met one when I arrived in Tyler when I left, I will never stay anywhere else in New Orleans

This is our fourth time staying here. It’s beauty, quaintness, and charm. Keep us coming back. Staff is above and beyond friendly.

Great to have a pool to cool down after a hot day sightseeing!
-
Amazing traditional French Quarter hotel, clean large rooms, nice small pool.
-
The charm of New Orleans is reflective in this property. Great location to escape the chaos of Bourbon St. and still a short enough walk to enjoy the food and entertainment. I will definitely stay here again many times in the future...

Location, location, location and the mattress was great. Tyler at the desk was fantastic.

Air conditioner leaked all over the floor. We reported it first day. They fixed it on the 2nd day. It was leaking again that night. Their solution was to throw a towel down. Hardwood floor is all warped from the water. No table or chairs to sit just a bed and 1 night stand.

The parking situation was a new experience for me, as a first time NOLA visitor, but everything went great. The hotel was easy walking distance of the French Quarter and a quaint place to stay at!
