Hotel St. Pierre®, a French Quarter Inns® Hotel

Our shower would not work and told the asst manger and he was rude and told me he didn’t have another room to put me in and shower never got fixed! Then paid $56 dollars for them to park my car on top of what I paid for room! It took a hour for them to get my car and there was starbursts wrappers and root beer can in my car when then did finally bring my car to me!

The hotel staff is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. The hotel needs updating, but overall it’s fairly clean. It is a bit of a walk from the Action in the French Quarter however it was nice to be in a quiet area. I don’t know that I would have felt comfortable walking alone by myself back to the hotel at night, but with my family it was fine.

We loved everything about this hotel, the historic property, the comfortable room, the pools, the value, and the 2 cats that live on the property. The location was 2 short blocks from the N. Rampart and St. Anne bus/streetcar station making it super easy to take the bus or streetcar anywhere we didn't want to walk to. The parking was perhaps a tad expensive but it was worth it to know our car was safe and sound while we explored NOLA on foot. Not that I didn't like it for me but the bed in our room was so high up that it would have been impossible to get on if we were not young and spry. There were step stools next to the bed but I thought of my parents in their 60s and knew they would not have been able to get on it if it had been their room. I didn't see any rooms other than our own so this is probably not an issue everywhere but room 101 may not be accessible for some.

The location is perfect for what I needed There was a faulty wire in the fire alarm system that went of and I was blamed for smoking in the room even though the smoke detector did not go off along with the fire alarm only until after it was verified by the other co worker that the wire was faulty that they realized I was not smoking in the room.

Place was unique, a/c good. didn't get the room I reserved. Was supposed to be 2 queen. Got king and single, but made it work.

Due to the lack of cleanliness and air-conditioning maintenance we ended our stay in the middle of the night and found another hotel. The room itself was put together nicely, but the sheets were stained and covered in hair. The doorknob was falling off and the air conditioner stopped working shortly into the night. There were also bugs all around the room and the overall excessive heat made the evening unbearable. The front desk was very kind and helpful, even refunding our parking payment. We did try to contact the manager and have not heard back about a potential room refund. We were highly disappointed with our stay.

Pros, beautiful property inside and out other than our room which was very dated. Loved the courtyard walk through style and the lobby was stunning and smelled amazing. The staff, when around, were very polite and helpful. AC gets very cold. Location is excellent, about 3 blocks or so from bourbon street and right next door to a corner grocery.

El personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones cómodas, si buscas un hotel fino con todo nuevo, este no es el lugar, pero cuenta con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, hay agua caliente, toallas suficientes, nevera y horno microondas, televisor y buen aire en la habitación. Está a 6 minutos caminando de la calle más pintoresca y famosa la Bourbon street, hay un colmado en la esquina que puedes comprar artículos como pan, queso, jamón, jugos, bebidas y así podrias ahorrar en desayunos. En resumen, muy buena experiencia. ¡Gracias!

The shower knob wasn't on wright and very difficult to turn and we had to park at a lot because the parking the hotel offers is very small and gets filled fast. The front desk receptionists was very nice and helpful gave our dog a treat before he even knew we were staying at the hotel. Close to burbon street but not to close so the noise dosnt effect sleeping hours. Pool was very clean as well.

The location, the atmosphere and hospitality

Place was adequate for 1 night. The shower was too small and the room didn't even have a mini fridge or coffee maker. It was cute. Staff was in the process of changing shifts and chatting before helping us. Once they got to us, they were fine. The outside of the building and the entry/check in area were both nice. The chair and artwork in the room were nice for the them of New Orleans.
