French Quarter Suites Hotel

The staff is very friendly There is an old musty smell in hotel and room.

Not right in the French Quarter so quieter but convenient to walk.Parking lot was a plus. Very old building with very quirky layout. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Getting through the hotel was a maze, and when we checked out the elevator was broken so had to drag bags thru the maze. Nice pool.

I was only able to sleep on our second night because was so tired. I don't want to get stress about booking a different hotel and spending more money. It was not what is expected of a hotel. The room does not smell good, I know it was old, but it is also not comfortable. The water in the shower has rusty smell.

It was ok, person in the lobby was nice and friendly. This place has a lot of potential but needs quite a bit of work.

Nice pool clean rooms location on Rampart is close enough to the French quarter. I don’t know about parking didn’t have a vehicle parking is always an issue there. Lots of self supply soap towels not much for room service.

The building was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great shower. Perfect spot to stay a few days. I love how close to everything we were. Perfect walking distance to the quarter and far enough to enjoy quiet. The gas station next door is a bonus. They have really good food there.

It is located on the edge of the French quarter, handy to hop on hop off bus It was very tired , and a bit grubby. When we mentioned the powerpoints in the kitchen were faulty- nothing was done. Our room was not serviced at all ( although we were told it would be) . Parking was expensive and the addition of a cleaning fee on top of the room rate as another standard cost was the icing on the cake. We also could not get wifi( they blamed the weather) so we went to the adjoining ( sister)hotel and used theirs just fine.

Living room, two spacious bedrooms and a kitchenette made it feel almost like home. Three 60 inch televisions were great. Don't judge the place until you get inside the suite. Great value in the French Quarter with great bus and streetcar service.

The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen, it was basically a one bedroom apartment. The room was clean except there was a strong mold or mildew odor. The staff was very friendly and helpful but entering the property through a small "lobby" which was basically an office with a desk was odd.good option for budget minded traveler wanting to stay close to the French quarter.

Still trying to get refunded after being told at the checking in and seeing rooms mold and foul musty smell dirty vent where air was coming in room. I have lung disease hotel.com has waited 5 days I had to spend 5 more days we had planned nothing good Nothing about this health infectious hotel would pass heath codes anywhere else

The location was great for getting around. Great restaurants in walking distance. Close to French Market and Bourbon Street.The hotel was cute and cozy. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming.
