The room was nice enough but the parking was terrible on the street. Get the paid parking if you stay here!

Spacious apartment, great location nearby Frenchmen/Marigny and Tremé, nice pool to chill on hot days. My apartment was on the bottom floor and in the morning I was often awaken by the cleaning crew chatting loudly.

A lovely spot in a perfect location: quiet, yet only a short walk from the French Quarter. The staff were friendly and always happy to help.

12/10 rating!!! Room was great. Very clean and offered everything we needed. A/C was amazing. We did not use the pool area so no review in that. Front office staff was helpful and accommodating. Found parking on the street easily. Stayed for 4 nights and have no complaints about anything. Perfect location for walking distance to anything in the French Quarter. We walked everywhere went went for our entire stay. Restaurants and convenience store near by as well.

This was a great place to stay. The room#101 was beautiful. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much

Beautiful secluded courtyard area outside the room at building 1227! The pool and hot tub area are relaxing and provide a calming vibe at building 1244! The room had a beautiful 4 poster bed, granite topped chest of drawers, original hardwood floors, beautifully updated bathroom w a multi-head walk-in shower....and beautiful wooden beams along the ceiling. This was our 2nd multi-day visit, and we will return!

Located on the edge of the French Quarter in a quiet residential street. Lovely historical property. Staff were very responsive over messages and on the phone when we did have a query, including at unsociable hours. The rooms are quiet despite the hardwood floors and age of the property, which was a nice surprise. The air conditioning was working pretty hard to keep the room cool in the Louisiana heat, but in an older building this is understandable.

The apartment we rented was perfect. Massive comfortable bed with top quality linen. Everything in the apartment was immaculately clean. A peaceful quiet location only 10 minutes walk from the French Quarter. The pool was lovely and very much needed with the heat in New Orleans. A 10/10 stay for us and I'd highly recommend staying at Rathbone Mansions. The only comment I'd make is that the pool furniture needs updating.

Didn't realize these two buildings were across the street from one another, meaning to visit the pool/hot tub that we had to cross a busy street. Window coverings were lacking, leading to outside lights flooding the room all night long. Not the best area. Just not as amazing as I had hoped.

It was our second time staying here, it’s clean and the bed was very comfortable. Love the privacy of the pool and the location is perfect.
