New Orleans Courtyard Hotel and Suites by the French Quarter

The charm - high ceilings, has a historical true Louisiana vibe Nearby gas station incident with a Bowles’s person apparently on drugs

French style. Not too far from all the restaurants. Nice pool. Staff was friendly. Water bug in the room. Blanket, and sheets were wet. Found out later in the stay the coffee maker was in the night stand.

A beautiful property right across the street from the trolley. We loved it!

Charming courtyard with chairs and tables. Main swimming pool in the courtyard was out of commission, not maintained with green growth in the water. No table in the room, no fridge and microwave. Generally the stay was pleasant.

loved the pool in the courtyard. What a wonderful swim after all day at a tradeshow and before going out for dinner. Back into the pool at the end of the night to cool down before bed. loved it.

The property and amenities were fine. The location of the room was facing the streets and we heard every noise. Voice and car pass. It was difficult to have a decent nights rest.

Eventually, once the front desk associate finally showed up they just did not want to help… I have to wait 45 mins for WiFi password and that was shared verbally in an attitude tone. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything on our stay was excellent.

We had a great time and we will stay here again! Highly recommended.

The pool was filthy and looked as if it hadn’t been maintained in awhile. The ice machine had a bee and something else in it

Amazing all together however the pool next to our room didn’t appear to be sanitary enough for use but we were directed to one a short walk away. Location was perfect for our needs whether it’s to grab a quick bite at keys or to grab a drink at one of the many local bars. Will definitely visit again soon 🙏

It wasn’t bad at all. Very cute. The room though had a few dead and alive roaches. No where to put bags, no fridge

Location was convenient to walking the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The building is historic, rooms are small, but clean. The options for parking were street at no cost and minimum options or parking in a secure lot behind the building for an additional $50.00. The water would not heat past luke warm. Beds sleep like a standard hotel bed.

Air conditioner barely got the room temperature to 75 degrees while it was 100 degrees outside. No hot water for shower or sink.

Perfect location and comfy beds. Loved the hotel and the decoration.

The property appears just as advertised. It’s true that it can get noisy at night, as you can hear all the commotion on the street, which is expected since the hotel is located in an open area. The hotel is conveniently located near various fun activities and popular food restaurants that have gained viral fame.

There was no refrigerator so we could not keep any drinks cold during our stay. No microwave if we wanted to bring food back for later. Had to wait about 10 minutes for the shower water to get hot. It was very confusing getting to our room after finally getting through the back gate which took way longer the first time we did it.
