New Orleans Courtyard Hotel and Suites by the French Quarter

They didn’t return my deposit

Room was clean, pools were nice and the location was walkable to most things. They even let us park early in their secure lot when we arrived into town. The woman working the desk was super nice! Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was they only had 2 towels in the room and we had more ppl than that.

This is a good place is looking to sleep. Lackluster, no food, drinks, or vending. It served it’s purpose, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location. Nice pool area. Spacious rooms and quiet atmosphere. Comfortable and cute. Clean. Some construction made areas inaccessible.

The beds were comfortable staff was super nice one pool was not clean but the other one was fine good location right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the cathedral clean room ac nice and cold parking was easy in back love our stay

Nice hotel, perfect location but a lot of homeless hanging around.

Can at least have microwave

The only good thing about this place was the sweet front desk agent who walked me to my car because I felt that unsafe being on the property. Praise God for her. Besides that, the manager is terrible for refusing to give me my money back for a room I never stayed in.

Good location to French Quarter and friendly staff though.

I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, simple not a lot of furniture. Self-parking for an additional $55 per day.

It was an excellent stay. We loved the old school feel and our balcony view was amazing. You can hear everything if your a light sleeper. Just blocks away from Bourbon St. Great value and stay!

Courtyard Hotel is okay. The room was clean, but very sparse. For example, the bathroom was tiny and very little furniture in the room. However, the air conditioning was cold and the staff were nice. I would say it is probably a step up from Hampton Inn, but not by much. I think we will stick with branded hotels for New Orleans.

It was a nice room and staff was very helpful. It was in a great location. Three blocks from Bourbon Street.

I don’t like the staff and I absolutely didn’t like the room. It was old. Wasn’t a blanket on the bed a one wheelchair accommodated and I just absolutely hated it. I wish I could get my money back.

This property was booked mainly because the was bar onsite. But there is no bar onsite, no microwave on site. False advertisement.

Hotel was very quaint and quiet. Courtyard was beautiful. Staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and friendly. I don’t usually stay in this area, so my sense of direction was off from the get go……..We had to walk thru some “shady” areas to get to areas I was familiar with. (At least in my opinion I considered them a bit too “shady” for my liking). The hotel did provide directions on their advertisement, I just didn’t feel comfortable at times. Once back at our room, I did feel better.
