Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel

Good location and the room was clean. The luggage carts need to be better.

The hotel is classic French Quarters. Just a short walk/uber to Bourbon Street. The staff was amazing and the breakfast delicious! Very secure location. Only issue was the elevators kept going out and if you have luggage and staying on an upper level it was inconvenient. First night the elevator by our room opened and closed all night banging loudly but after a few drinks you didn’t hear it anymore 🙃Bathroom was clean yet old plumbing but to be expected for the area. The pool area and courtyard was pretty. Not sure if I’d repeat but the accommodations were acceptable. Still 4 star for overall experience.

Every thing about this property is absolutely perfect! Excellent, friendly staff, absolutely phenomenal breakfast, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud., wonderful location! There’s absolutely nothing to complain about….Great job everyone!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us find best local places to go. Room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable! Great location.

I would stay there again even with the unfriendly night auditor and feeling a little run down. The other staff made up for it. Plus we loved Gary, she was the best part of our stay, Location was great not to far from anything. Everything was walkable! 10-20min depending where you wanted to go.

Clean rooms, beautiful property and really friendly and helpful staff! Exactly what we needed in a prime location the night before a cruise.

Staff very helpful but had to move rooms 3 times in 24 hours. Broken AC, then key pad didn't work, then bed bugs 😪

Staff was great. Breakfast was decent. It was a great stay. The hotel in general is a little outdated but that’s to be expected staying in the French quarters. Everything is within walking distance but far enough where bourbon st chaos does not reach the hotel.

The staff was amazing. They were quick with suggestions that were tailored to our interests. Quick responses to any issue we had with both options and resolutions. Hot breakfast was good.

Staff couldn’t be bothered. the property was decently maintained however outside our room was a huge leak that was just tracking into our room everytime we opened and closed our room door. The property didn’t feel entirely safe.

Rooms were being remodeled the week we arrived…new window coverings. Room fridge was cold! Pool was warm Could use new cushions in patio area Tight parking spaces, but safe cars
