Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel

It was disgusting there was no parking they told us to park a block and a half to two blocks away and walk back to the motel there was a rat in the parking garage of the motel there was no room for our luggage to fit in the elevator to ride up on a luggage cart we left and they didn't reimburse our money we are still fighting with Expedia to get our money back but nobody's cooperating we went and stayed somewhere else so we're out $700. I would think twice about using Expedia and definitely wouldn't stay in this Motel. They refused a refund!!

Parking was terrible. Sent down the street and had to pay $30 for an unsecured gas station lot. Property was a bit run down and had an odor to it. Location was good.

There were fleas in the bed! We left at 3 am. I hesitated even posting anything because I wanted to return on my money. Before we even got back into our home, I had to wash and clean everything to not bring the fleas into the house.

The staff was amazing in helping with anything we need. Called for our ride to airport.

Morning breakfast was not bad and made it convenient for us

The staff was very helpful and accommodated all our needs so the customer service was great, but the building on the other hand had a lot of issues. Our first room the toilet did not work so we got moved to a second room, which was fine until we got back from our daily trip to find the restroom completely flooded so we then got moved to a third room where we finished our stay, but there was dog size rats outside as well as a lot of big roaches. I’m not sure if that’s just part of the city and its just normal but it absolutely makes us stay very uncomfortable

Lovely hotel in a good location

This place was super cute. Everything is walking distance so I didn’t have to use my car once. Would definitely come back here if I am ever in town. Everything was Aesthetically pleasing as well.

Clean room, great staff. Easy to get in and out regarding parking and being in the French Quarter.

Great peaceful hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and help staff.

We loved the ladies on reception! They were so friendly and helpful and also booked a tour for us. Breakfast was great and they changed it up a bit each morning. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was a Godsend! The location was fantastic and it was wonderful to have parking downstairs at a reasonable price. The room was a bit smaller than we were used to, especially the bathroom, but manageable

Location is perfect for accessing Bourbon Street, French Quarter and various shops and restaurants, all within reasonable walking distance. Property is older but well maintained. Staff are professional and courteous, especially the breakfast crew. Have stayed here multiple times and will stay again.

Breakfest was great had lots of choices, room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room we checked in had broken a/c. They switched to another one with leaking bath tub faucet. Breakfast was nice! Staff were friendly and helpful. The building needs major improvement for sure. Location is great! I hope to comeback to see much improvement.

The variety of food that was available at breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The courtyard and pool was lovely. The only draw back from this whole experience was the parking. We did not arrive until later in the evening and had to park down the street. However, the next morning we were able to secure parking within the premises. It was a wonderful stay, the staff was friendly and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Darlene at front desk was super friendly and helpful. Ty, bartender was great as well. Bar hours though didn’t seem to be consistent. Good breakfast choices and coffee was top notch.
