Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel

We loved everything about our stay in the hotel! Wouldn't change a thing! Will definitely stay here again the next time we our in New Orleans! Loved everything! Nothing to complain about.

I liked that it was a nice hotel. The lobby is nice, it’s in walking distance of Jackson Square, and the breakfast was really good The very small parking garage. I’d seen before booking with them that it was first come, first served, but I didn’t realize HOW small it was, especially when I have to park next to big trucks (and I have a small car).

Probably the worst US hotel i have stayed in. Bar location and front desk staff. Room was terrible. Walls and windows could have been made of paper. Booked 2 nights stayed 1, better booking hotels outside the French Qtr.

It was great and i love the free breakfast.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Good Air condition but on of the night light did not work.

Great location! Walking distance to everything we needed for our stay. Hotel is pet friendly but there’s no space for pets to play or use the restroom unless you fight through traffic to go the the park across the street

This is my go to hotel in NOLA. Location is great. It’s in the quarter but on the outskirts, which I like because it’s quieter and not as busy. Security is good. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are a little small.

The front desk and breakfast workers were all extremely nice and helpful. It did seem to be a distance from the places we frequent on Bourbon, but we did really enjoy the included breakfast.

The location is good It wasn’t clean at all. I could feel my feet getting sticky from the carpet, and there were hairs on the shower.

Loved our stay. Hotel was conveniently located. Pool was relaxing. Daily breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff was welcoming and available for assistance throughout our stay.

The room was well kept, the staff was great and the breakfast was great.

I like that it was in a very safe place. What i didnt like was how much the parking was on the booking app we were thinking it was just $183 in total but get to the property its $238 and i wish we would’ve known ahead of time.
