Nobody was at the desk and we had to wait about 15 minutes. The room AC and lights didn’t work. It took about 30 minutes to get changed to another room. The lights we very dim and the keycard reader didn’t work. We had to wait until the next morning for the key. The experience wasn’t horrible, but it should have been better.

I will never be staying at this hotel ever again! The guy who attended us I didn’t get his name, but he took it upon himself to move our reservation to a different room. A room that did not have AC and gave us a small fan for the night as if that would be enough. Then I stated that there was no control remote for the TV. He struck his shoulders didn’t seem to care and said it must’ve gotten lost. This hotel you can obviously tell they spend their money just in the lobby. They do not care for the rooms. They don’t not care for the customers inside in the pool. Everything feels and looks like it’s about to fall off.

The staff was superb!

What was advertised to me, was not what I saw. The room didn't have any windows, there were previous water damage indications. After checking in, I went right back down stairs and asked them if they had another room with windows, and they told me no. If i were them, I wouldn't advertise this place.

Place was trash

Perfect location and good cold air

Terrible. The first room they put me in the door was permanently unlocked, no power with cables everywhere so they put me in a different room, there was big patches of black mold in a few areas and saw cockroaches within 60 seconds of being in the room. Absolutely terrible!!

The sheets and pillow cases where not clean they had been flipped over. I asked for fresh linen and was told that he didn't have access to the clean linen. I refuse to lay on covers that have been slept on etc by someone else, I finally got the fresh linen and changed the bedding myself

The staff were great. This spot is if you are really desperate as I was at the time for a last minute trip.

When I arrived at the hotel the manager stated that I could only have 4 people in the room but I had my 4 children with me which made 5 people so we all couldn't be in the room together. There was no air conditioner, the sink fell through so I couldn't use the sink in my room. The manager said that I had to pay a 75 dollar deposit but the room didn't come with a microwave or refrigerator so I really didn't understand why I had to pay a deposit.

I was absolutely terrified with the reviews this place had and ima keep it honest. ITS NOT EVEN THAT BAD. Room was cold which is good the heat is wild out there. Bed was comfortable, my tv worked at least and the room was spacious and gave me all I needed. As for the last 2 days there was a leak but it didn’t really affect anything for me I just put the garbage under it to drip. Bri and Mariah were awesome absolutely lovely. Is it a 5 star hotel? Hell no but you get a place to sleep. You’re not gonna burn up and you get what you pay for. It really wasn’t that bad id probably book in here again when I come next. 7/10

You really don’t want me to review this hotel. It’s shameful for it to be on this site
-
A great place to stay on a budget. Lots of construction happening all in the hotel.
-
The hotel is an old fire house. That in its self is cool. Some rooms have balconies that are behind French doors. The staff went above their job description.
-
It is a old property but for the price it is fine
