No fridge, no microwave, most of the rooms were being renovated, there was unfinished projects on every floor. They charged an extra $50 for an additional guests that only stayed 1 out of 5 nights. The paint was peeling everywhere and chipped drywall pushed into opening around the mirrored vanity. They also put us in a room with a external AC unit that was connected to an open window with more exposed drywall. Absolutely awful, the only think good about it was the price and proximity to out main destination. They will find any excuse to upsell their crappie rooms. Do not come here unless you don't care about your comfort and are on a tight budget. Did I mention they had giant palmetto bugs.

While the front desk staff was wonderful and always helpful, the general state of the property was nowhere near what I would consider even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. In a stay that lasted more than a week, I have not seen the hallways cleaned once, and have passed the same press-on nail on the floor the entire time. The air-conditioning in the room is nearly nonexistent as the room stays at 80 degrees most of the time. Even when making requests to housekeeping to attend the room, I only received fresh towels and no further linen service or bathroom cleaning, and toilet paper is rationed per roll and only at request. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room which makes food storage impossible. I would also caution families with children from staying at this property as the neighborhood and many of the guests I have encountered do not appear to be earning their living in the most legal manner.
