My stay here was amazing. The young man at the front desk(sorry I didn’t get his name) from overnight was very pleasant and welcoming from the time we approached the desk. The room itself was clean and neat making our stay extra special and not to mention the breakfast that was very tasty. Will definitely visit again.

The shower was wonderful, the bed comfortable, the room pristine and the coffee in the lobby and the breakfast buffet outstanding. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Parking was convenient at a garage next door.

Emmanuel was professional, helpful and super kind throughout my entire experience. I traveled in from town and came a day later and it was a super booked weekend due to graduation and he still accommodated my family and I. I will definitely return. Thanks again Emmanuel!!

The room was very clean. I did not get a chance to have breakfast because I got downstairs at 10:15am and they were already cleaning up. One thing I did notice is that the person cleaning up the area did not wipe down the tables after people had eaten and they were soiled. Parking was convenient and free so that’s an added value. The staff were present but they were not friendly nor extending in courtesy to guests. For instance, there was no welcoming smile with an enthusiastic welcome to the property at check in, check out, or when just walking through the hallways or property. Even when in the breakfast area the person did his job but there was no good morning, how are you, how was your stay, is there anything I can get you, etc. All that aside, the rooms were clean, immaculate, and slept well. No loud noises or disturbances. I would stay here again or put guests here. Just don’t expect extra over and beyond service.

Really my only complaint was the young people apparently staying down the hall. The amount of noise they made showed no consideration for the other guests . . . almost like they were in a dormitory setting. Doors opening, then slamming shut, loud conversations and giggling, this continued until midnight. I can't blame the hotel though, a sign was even posted in the room asking guests to observe "QUIET HOURS" after 10PM. Some people are just disrespectful of those around them.
