Stayed for 6 days recently and found the reception staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was included and offers a decent selection of items with a Lovely breakfast room. With regards to the room included a kitchenette which was useful and the main bed was extremely comfortable however the sofa bed killed my back and wouldn’t recommend more than a night! Definitely needs updating and a little more polish throughout the hotel would help but overall a great budget stay with lovely staff and comfortable rooms and a lovely touch the complimentary cookies at the front desk! Also 5 mins walk from station straight into grand central so very handy for travel

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The only improvement is that the person that cleaned the room could have done a better job.

Do not plan to sleep on the sofabed; horribly worn and uncomfortable. Switched rooms and it wasn't any better.

I love the location of the property. The staff was very nice. The only thing I would say that need improvement is housekeeping . They could have did a better job cleaning the room other than that it was all good.

It was a lovely evening into a beautiful morning, which is the next day. The room was clean and heavenly, so I stay indoors.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and quiet, and our rooms were what we expected. We also loved the complimentary breakfast it had a great selection. The only disappointment was with our room assignment. I had booked two rooms and called the hotel three different times before our stay to request that they be next to each other. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the rooms were not close to each other at all. I understand that requests can't always be guaranteed, but after reaching out several times in advance, I was disappointed that it wasn't accommodated.
