Staff was helpful but hot water two out of three days, breakfast area was a mess, no plates for long enough that folks lined-up asking for plates, poor selection of bread (no bread, just bagels) premade packs of sandwich, muffins in breakfast not very palatable...

Firstly, there was no hot water available in the morning. This situation was highly inconvenient and detracted significantly from the comfort of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided as part of my booking was severely lacking. There were no plates, no utensils, and no food available in the morning an oversight both surprising and unacceptable for hotel standards. Given this, I am requesting a refund for the amount I paid for my stay. The services promised were not delivered. N. Paulino

Pool was closed. Unfortunately, those are things that a prospective guest should know about to make informed decisions prior to booking. Especially, when traveling with children. It's hard to explain to a 8 year old why they cannot go in the pool when we booked to go in the pool.

The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds.

Pool was closed despite it being June. Elevators were extremely slow, and one was completely broken. Took forever to go up or down. Breakfast was out of food as it got closer to 9 30. Staff was great, rooms were clean.

It's nice that they offer a breakfast, and the room where they have it on the 10th floor is interesting and comfortable. Ilike the there is a kitchen in the room and that it's large enough to isolate the bedroom from the living area. The furniture. It's either heavy and stiff seating or lumpy and unsprung. the most comfortable seat was the bed itself.

Bedroom ac unit did not cool the room, I ended up sleeping on the 2 cushion sofa. TV’s pretty small, showers need updating.

The staff was flirting with the woman I was with and it ruined my night. I left the woman at the hotel. And after being humiliated and sneakily disrespected. I was too disgusted and disappointed to feel any possibility of staying in that hotel while not feeling intimidated and anxious about the intentions of the front desk overnight staff.
