Property was great, lighting and ambiance was phenomenal. However, their satellite dish wasn't working so great, therefore they should find another cable source.

Rooms where very clean and spacious however the bathrooms where NOT. Very tight with no room to move

Trish and Jeff were enormously helpful and kind.

The property was good. I only was there to sleep, but the room was clean and location was close to work.

I guess for the price I paid, I would have liked a tv made after 2005. Elevators do take a strangely long time, there’s no free breakfast either. But most annoying- there are no outlets accessible by the bed unless you want to rearrange furniture and unplug lamps/clock etc. Showers are a little outdated but fine. There were some stains on the sheets but they did look clean washed… I’d prob stay here again if they upgraded TVs and outlets primarily.

The hotel was nice and clean but im very sorry to say the staff from the moment we went in at the front desk no one was hospitable or welcoming 4 staff members chit chatting instead of worrying about receiving the guests with a smile and hospitality, also the the security guard was not welcoming followed me and my daughter to the pool and made us feel uncomfortable when in my mind I could not understand what was security sitting in the pool area for my daughter is 10 years old even the life guard made us feel uncomfortable because the guards was there hanging out with the lifeguard, and we're sitting there gossiping i swear it was about us and kept looking at my daughter no reason hotel staff sitting by the pool for a whole hour like they had nothing to do at work. Made me more uncomfortable because they went and got another guard as if I was supposed to be afraid because I was grilling them for making us feel that way everything else good but staff shifty and staff is everything there should be no staff hanging out by the pool unless it's life guard.

The staff are amazing and super accomodati g! Simon and Princessa and the other morning gentleman (did not get his name). Are just lovely! Have stayed there many nights and never an issue! Rooms are quite small but I only use to sleep so fine for me!

Rooms average. Staff very nice and helpful. Restaurant on site a plus. Good location.

The pool was great and the lifeguard was so sweet! The restaurant is pricey but the food is out of this world and worth the price! We splurged on breakfast and it was delish!! The place is so clean and the price we got for 2 weekday nights was reasonable. Very happy we chose this hotel!

Good place to stay, right off I-95. While its lounge may be a local hotspot, the hotel has always been quiet and peaceful. I’ve stayed there repeatedly and always find it consistently good. No frills; good for a night or two’s rest. The beds are very comfortable, by the way.

They need new pillows, other than that, very satisfied with the attention from the staff.

Hotel is nice . Unfortunately it took me over a hour to check in. Issue with their system and Expedia. It was already 9pm.

Clean room. Nice location.

Check-in was good, but we were put in a handicap room when we booked a non-handicap room. The rugs didn’t feel clean in the room, nor did the shower. While we were sitting on the patio outside a rat ran right by my leg

I’ve been here a couple of times and noticed that they don’t really greet the black guest as much as they greet the white guest guys greet. Everyone no matter if they got a head tie on your head wig on your head head on your head, we all deserve to be respected and greeted. Thank you.
