Hotel NoMa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I’ve been here a couple of times and noticed that they don’t really greet the black guest as much as they greet the white guest guys greet. Everyone no matter if they got a head tie on your head wig on your head head on your head, we all deserve to be respected and greeted. Thank you.

I like it was pretty close to the train station would have been better with a continental breakfast

AC in our room was a little noisy.

We had an ADA room reserved, as well as two other rooms, and when we got there at like midnight, they didn't have our room. We spent about 40 minutes trying to check in, after a long travel day with my elderly mom, and ultimately had to go to a much crappier hotel at 1am. We were looking forward to this hotel's amenities, and it really ruined our trip to have to change hotels, and we needed to pay for a 4th room since it was the middle of the night and we needed enough beds. As we have immediate family in the area, we planned to stay here quite frequently and are very disappointed how the staff treated us. They were incapable of problem solving or even apologizing for not having the ADA room I had confirmed on the phone twice!

The Decor was very distracting busy pattern dark colors, not inviting in my opinion.

The staff is professional and very warm. The chef is amazing and the bartenders know how to make a drink. The price is quite a value.

Pool was great is open for guests and employees kids I believe is great bc summer just start and it’s fun watching kids playing. ♥️ Room I’m a HkSupervisor and you know I’m going to inspect 🙃 room was clean but a lot of hairs around the room. Bed is very comfortable and well made from the team.

The hotel is dirty. The elevators, hallways and rooms. The sheets were stained, yellow and dingy. The walls are paper thin, conversations are loud and clear from other rooms. The night club downstairs could be heard on the 4th floor.

The room was large but stark. It lacked furniture and a place to put luggage - no luggage racks and no dresser. Ironing board was a table top version but no place other than the floor to put it. The king bed was mushy and caved to the center. Bathroom was old and small and needed a deep cleaning. A/C worked well and the staff was pleasant.

Food great and room clean

The staff are great, they handled an impromptu Knicks watch party with grace! Front desk staff were lovely to deal with as well. The property needs a little refresh love, but for the most part is in pretty good shape. No self-laundry facilities, which was a bit of a bummer.

Cons: The beds were full sized beds, not Queen sized. We are a family of 4 with teens so it was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible for one night. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It got very steamy in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good stay. We just needed a room for one night while we attended an event nearby. Would stay again.

Convenient

The location of the hotel is great. Room service staff was awesome. I notice when I book through online apps outside of directly with the hotel, the number of washcloths and towels is never correct.

The room was clean, good amenities and they were able to give us a microwave to warm up food.

Warning, the pool is only open on weekends. I was on a work trip and I brought my girls and my aunt along. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a nice pool outside so my girls could feel like they were on vacation. After work I had planned to lay out in the sun and spend the afternoons with them. You aren’t even allowed on the deck of the pool. I had to spend extra money for my aunt to keep them busy during the day. It was never posted or disclosed upon booking. I would have chosen the hotel hotel had I known. Otherwise, the hotel was really nice. It was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms seemed more spacious and decor was pretty.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean but dated and the walls were definitely too thin!
