Ok for a one night stay

I booked this hotel for a post concert overnight. Even tho the hotel indicates that there is limited parking and to call ahead, no one answered the phone. For hours. I also messaged them. Nothing. So, we had to turn around because the area was congested and no parking anywhere at a late hour. I keep calling to her a refund..nothing.

Close to the airport, good price, close to the mall.

Its location was great I found that the king room I booked had no microwave or mini fridge. Ok so I just wanted to get a refund and leave however I was upgrade on my second day on the same floor great view no charge. I found that to be wonderful. My new room had no safety lock on the inside of the door I found a used pregnancy test in the cupboard above the kitchenette sink, but at least the room was clean and I had my mini fridge to store my meds.

Nice clean room. Location is on a big noisy street and have to walk 5+ blocks for most bus/subway. All tv services need your own sign-in.

My sister said that the staff was kind and understanding.

good value for price walls are pretty thin so loud noises get through easily

No DO NOT DISTURB SIGN, no safety lock on the door, water stains on the ceiling, fire marks around the outlet, very difficult to get the wireless code. Felt very sketchy.
