So refreshing to have a beautiful hotel with every detail polished! The staff was incredibly kind and our room was outstanding! Cannot wait for my next visit to NYC to stay at my new favorite hotel! Not a thing

Beautiful hotel! Charming room and comfy bed. Breakfast was overpriced

Great location, well located and very helpful staff. Loved every aspect

The location, decor, staff, and amenities
-
Location, buzzy atmosphere/sophisticated and tasteful decor, the staff, very comfortable room, nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Communal areas a bit limited for space. Lovely if no one else around but there always are people around.

I found that the staff were ok , not great . I just felt their service was perfunctory and not the standard expected . Breakfast was again just ok . It could be so much better . Three people on a table designed for two is eminently unsuitable, especially when staff were so slow at removing dirty plates . Also the pastry and bread choices were very limited. Absolutely not value for money . Poor.

It appears to be an American trend not to include breakfast in the rates as a given? All the taxes that are added on at the end, rates should include the taxes, after all they don’t change?
-
Beautiful. Staff focused on hospitality and cares about guests. Love the ability to drop key at front desk. Great restaurant.

loved loved loved the interior. Bought two books by the designer which theybsell at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. nothing.

Beautiful, boutique feel hotel in the heart of mid-town. The bar/restaurant played live jazz on the night it arrived and a trio the following night. My room was a junior suite and it was spacious. Bathroom had. a deep tub with a TV. Room service-breakfast eggs were cold.

I only had room service for breakfast and I enjoyed it
