I liked how convenient it was to all the things that we needed to see in Brooklyn and close to the airport. It was also super clean and the room was great. Very quiet. Nothing

The room was recently remodeled. Staff was on point. My only down part was that I found at midnight when I returned, they don’t have enough parking spots on the property. I had to drive half an hour around to find a spot in the street. So the free parking listed may be iffy.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good, and there were no problems with parking. I really enjoyed my stay. I would also like to mention that they returned my deposit the same day, which was a positive experience.

Nothing Broken elevator and long stairs to basement for 80 year olds. Terrible

I also made a new reservation and I screen recorded how when adding the person checking in, and then Pago g with applepay… it switched the info over to the person making the reservation without notifying me or letting me know the change. The perperty then requested Expedia to Fax over the new itinerary because they cannot receive emails of the change. And this is said by the front desk worker and manager. After being on hold with Expedia for over an hour, my reservations still weren’t able to be met.
