The staff, including the reception and support team, were unresponsive and showed little concern for guest requests. This level of service is unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor service and lack of basic amenities.

Quiet and clean rooms, convenient to public transportation. But the neighborhood is terribly dirty, rundown, and sketchy. The hotel amenities and maintenance are not up to standard- I had issues getting WiFi, TV, water filling station, and coffee. And some of the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful at all. I will not stay here again.

The breakfast is good. The only complaint is that is no parking.

Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, but the surrounding areas were terrible. Stink, garbage ever. What a beautiful hotel to be surrounded by such mess! Be prepared to pay 55$ per day for parking with in and out privilege near by. No parking provided by hotel.

The service was not good. The remote and tv was not working in the room and when I called front desk they do not pick up their phone no matter how many times I called them. I could not sleep because it was very uncomfortable in the room and they would not change my room. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Guys stay away from this place and the worst part they charge so much for the room and no parking, I had to pay for parking, it’s not worth wasting your money and time there.

This hotel is in a rough area. Trash all over the streets. Sketchy characters on street corners. The hotel inside is mostly fine with the exception my shower door would it close so water went all over the floor. Also there was next to zero water pressure. It’s cheap and very convenient to JFK via the sky train. But if you’re not comfortable in a very diverse neighborhood, you should skip this place.

La Quinta Inn had all the comforts and was very clean and maintained property. Bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom and room was spacious.

Incredibly well located a block from subway and 2 to Air Train. Neighborhood not great but safe...and a third the price of Manhattan hotels. Breakfast quite acceptable.

Perfect location for the LIRR and subway J specifically. Neighborhood a little rough. The hotel awesome then you walk outside. The city is constantly cleaning unfortunately doesn't stay like that. The staff does amazing for keeping clean the breakfast team they all work so hard. Biggest hiccup 1 elevator was down so we only had 1 elevator the othere for staff it was a very very long wait.
