Exceptional

Great location, short walk to Jamaica station, safe, polic on every few corners. No complaints, staff were friendly, helpful, looked after my bags after checkout as I had a few hours to go out and explore.

I stayed literally a few hours when I missed my flight home and had to rebook early in the morning. Staff was nice and helpful. Room wasn’t a 5 star hotel but nice enough to lay your head down for a few hours.

Had an available room at the last minute No one at the front desk in the morning. I needed a receipt for delta airlines so I could get my money back due to flight delays. I walked for someone as long as I could then we had to leave. So I lost all that money. Also I didn’t appreciate the background music in the lobby

Also you can only park on the street in front of the hotel AT YOUR OWN RISK as posted at the front desk. There is no parking garage.

20 mins from JFK and easy to get to on the air train for a few dollars . Ok for a pre flight stay though. Room was clean and staff friendly Not much in the way of facilities in hotel or room . Basic amenities

Free breakfast. The first room I was given had someone else’s backpack on the bed, someone’s clothes on the chair, and the shower had been used (there was a towel hanging on the shower curtain rod). They quickly gave me another room. In addition, the rooms on my floor were non-smoking rooms but the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke which inevitably migrated into my room.

Excellent and helpful staff, sparkling clean bathroom, modern room with quality linens, TV, microwave, fridge, and plenty of light. Excellent breakfast in comfortable dining room. It even had a workout room.
