Very clean nd comfortable place

The staff was pleasant and they do their best considering the neighborhood is a bit ghetto.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The bathroom needed some deeper cleaning and a few finishing touches with paint.

I am a solo female traveler. I did not stay the whole time. My room was dirty, hair and food crumbs on the floor as soon as I walked in the door, dirt and food crumbs inside the bedside table drawers. The sheets had holes and yellow stains. A bug that looked like a bed bug was on the ceiling. The bathroom door had mystery white cream/paste? on it, the bathroom furniture looked like a pitbull chewed it up. I did not tell the front desk becuase I wanted to leave as soon as possible. I did not feel comfortable. I did not feel safest in the area. The people aslo staying in the hotel on my same floor were loud. Will not be back. I was charged for the whole 2 night stay, yet I checked out within 30 minutes of my arrival.

It smelled like a home even after the cleaned. Towels were like sandpaper when you tried to dry off after a shower. The price was ridiculously high. Almost three hundred dollars for one night.

Room was clean. Staff was great let me check in early for a small fee. Even put me in a room across the hall from a friend who was also staying there.

It was ok for the money

The most horrific room I’ve stayed in. I only booked this room because of my flight cancellation and this hotel was the only one available in the area (for a reason). The property was so poorly maintained. The room was not clean at all, huge yellow stain on the bed sheet cover, long hair in the bathtub… I had to sleep in my plane clothes cuz I couldn’t get myself to wear clean pajamas in that bed. I slept for 3 hrs and fled this hotel at 7am, never again.

The overall hotel wasn’t very clean and when we got to the room it wasn’t that clean either. The housekeeping staff over the weekend were very friendly and helpful, the front desk, not so much.

Everything!!! I loved everything!!!

There were s*x workers coming out of the building in droves too. If I were the company, I would rethink keeping this place open.

Absolutely amazing property I can give them a 10 out of 10 There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about the property. I enjoyed everything.

The hotel is just ok, parking was a big challenge

But price location it's ok if you want to save some money.

Really excellent location, just a few minutes walking to the Jamaica Station to catch either the LIRR or Subway. Super friendly staff and very convenient check-in. The property is clean and modern. The room was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep.
