Disappointing

Could hear all the neighbors for the night prostitutes and loud music fighting police horrible night

I was on the 2nd floor and next to the street where it was constant sirens, loud people, and bad vibe. The check-in was generally uncommunicative, relatively quick. the room was stark, moldy curtains, stains in the room, not a great bathroom, and the safety aspect was very concerning. I didn't enjoy the stay and do not recommend.

Clean room

Location was close to many shops. However you were definitely in the hood. Upon arriving there were people loitering in front who were not guest of the hotel. Once you get there, there's signs saying you have to pay with cash and to use the ATM in the lobby to take money out. I prebooked with Booking.com. This should be added to the description in booking as it took me by surprise and forced me to take money out to stay the night instead of using the card that I prebooked to pay. After paying, The counter guy gave me the key and didn't tell me where the elevators were. We figured it out on our own. The hallway leading up you to the room smelled so bad. A mixture of cigarettes, cannabis, and must. The room is extremely small for two people. I was bumping into my friend throughout getting dressed for an event we were attending that night. The bathroom was barely cleaned. Then upon returning from the event around 10pm, the room smelled so horrendous. Whatever was in the hallway, mades it way to the room. We ended up leaving that night because we couldn't take it. I give this place a 1 for having a room available on short notice but I will never book here again.

There’s a terrible noise coming from the street, and there’s also a strong smell of smoke.

The only thing positive about this hotel is the price, but it was ultimately a waste of time because I was not able to check in. The location and building are in terrible condition. This hotel is cash only, which is not something I’d ever heard of. After taking a $90 uber ride to this location at midnight, I was turned away and was unable to book a room elsewhere. The front desk had bulletproof glass and multiple signs forbidding prostitution or guests. This hotel should not be listed on this website.

Absolutely horrible experience, never come here. Property reeked of cigarettes, the entire first floor and the rooms. The smell was so intense it was hard to breathe. Property was not the cleanest. Horrible customer service. So called manager Rocky (I doubt that’s his real name) promised to refund me but then when Expedia tried to facilitate, he denied. Basically wasted money to be tortured for 2 nights and uncomfortable in an unclean, stink room.

Clean and staff was very nice and helpful

Nobody was at the front desk when I got there for check in. I waited and waited. Once we finally got our room it was super dirty and I requested a new room. I was told no. So I was stuck with a nasty room with burn holes and foreign objects on the walls and light switches.

However, I would stay here again and again the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is nasty(not clean )and wet left my suitcase on the floor and everything inside is damp the bathroom floor is wet and I haven't taken a shower yet why is it so damp and dirty in here
