Toilet got stuffed sometimes.

TV powered off every morning at 6:00 am on the dot, which is annoying when your still running on East Coast time. My nitpick was the furniture was not remotely comfortable an honestly pretty worn down. Staff was Great though.

Food and parking were expensive. I called to make sure I was not placed into a pet room. Then the next day the hotel said I will get a refund within 48 hours. I called hotel and was confused the phone uses AI and it was horrible. I reserved 2 rooms

Very spacious rooms laundry was free Laundry room was never available only one washer 1 dryer. For the whole place

- The staff was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to help at every turn. I truly cannot say enough kind things about every single person we encountered working at this hotel. I was traveling with my elderly mother after she had a medical procedure, and they were nothing but wonderful at every curveball. I'm getting choked up just thinking about it. - The room service tasted delicious! - The Wifi worked perfectly. - The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding soft. - We loved the desk chair so much we bought something similar immediately! - The bathroom lacked grab bars and any anti-slip devices. - The light control in the room left a lot to be desired. Maybe it was user error, but we couldn't close the blinds all the way, and once it was dark, my elderly mother struggled to read with the light options provided. - There was no way to get fresh air into the room, but I will say the AC/fan worked REALLY well! So, we made it work. - The closet had no extra blankets in case someone slept colder than the other, and the kitchenette had no utensils or plates. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind at these price points. - There was no map of ice machine locations, so I had to ask (but the staff were very nice about it). - I booked this hotel because it had an on-site restaurant, but the menu was extremely limited for half of our stay. (But when the food was available, it was worth it!) - The handset for our phone didn't work.

Carpet could be cleaner and or cleaned.

I had an family emergency and they couldn't care less

This was my first time staying at the specific hotel, and I was very unsatisfied. The AC unit did not work properly. It was extremely loud, I tried to open the window, and there was no screen on the window, also we tried to use the sauna they had outside and it was not working. If I had to stay here again, it definitely would be the last hotel that I would request.

No complimentary breakfast - a croissant yogurt espresso piece of fruit would have been nice. Menu was reasonable anyway.

I was surprised to see numerous water stains on hallway carpet, & when I got to my room, it felt dated & showed noticeable signs of wear & tear. I found myself saying several times, “This definitely does not feel like a 4 star room.”
