Exceptional

It’s location, cleanliness and staff The only thing that made my feedback negative is their air conditioning sound noise. It’s so loud and makes yup wakeup during the night. I did complaint about it and ac technician also came to check and said it’s normal. But the noise it generate was terrible and doesn’t let you sleep comfortably

The hotel staff were amazing. We needed a late checkout due to an evening event and they were able to do it for us promptly and for free. The location was great and room was clean.

Otherwise, everything was fine!

Great place to stay, family friendly and convenient location, near grocery stores, Costco and shopping centers. The complimentary breakfast was great, hot tub and swimming pool also great addition. I recommend this place.

Wish we can stay longer. Everything is excellent.

room service was very good

It’s tired. Carpet had holes in dented and bruised furniture and kitchen appliances. Elevators not cleaned, common areas not cleaned well, cups and garbage left for a day or so.

Great

I like Residence Inn that all rooms are suites with fully equipped kitchen. It's a bit outdated but overall pretty clean. Breakfast in weekdays are better than the one in weekends. Location is pretty good, quite a few reataurants and supermarkets are in walking distance.

I like that there’s a kitchen
