Courtyard by Marriott Newark Silicon Valley

Close to stores and I can walk No breakfast

I didn't know about the amenities beforehand, had I known I would have prepared. It would have been nice to have a functioning Keurig machine in the room, but the coffee downstairs that I bought was very good.

the carpets are outdated and look dirty not only in the hallway but in the room. The toilet was all cracked and put it back together and the worse it had stains of something running down that make me feel it was a public toilet. We stayed just to sleep over night and tried to not touch too many things.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The service is good!

Clean room, good location,

Supposed to have free breakfast, and self service laundry on site, and had neither. Room was nice but Wi-Fi was really unstable, making remote work almost impossible. I had to tether, trading fast speed for stability

location was great, room was excellent ice machine wasn’t working, there was no oven i. the room i booked the room for king bed they gave two queen beds room . also please do not send any paper bills or advertising, or warm thanks paper letter to my address please only email me.. i will answer the emails. i don’t live there anymore the address is wrong..

Honestly feel sorry for hotels getting older and the money it takes to really update things. Not as nice as you would think. But everything was clean and solid and comfy. Would go again when on sale.

Hotel was in a good location. One elevator was not working causing long wait times. Room was very nice and comfortable.

.

Bed were comfy. Plenty of safe parking near the front of the hotel. Would return there.

I asked for a crib like three times.

I stayed so many Marriott but this one is the bad experience AC doesn’t work right ,the bed when you sleep it sinks in and refrigerator. The vanity light doesn’t turn on. I will not recommend to stay here.

I show up early morning to check in but staff told me it’s not your time. I told the staff my check out time is 12:00 pm . I need a room but staff refused my booking and they not give me my refund. Very bad customer service.

The rooms are clean. Only thing was the cleaning material they use has a strong scent and it made us dizzy so we left with our windows open. We came back and the scent was still there. Took a day to at least made the scent tolerable

Nice room. Quite. Clean. Convenient.

Was there a breakfast somewhere? Booking.com said "American breakfast included" but- I couldn't find it, and TV hotel directory did not have the info either. Also the cafe said there wasn't any, so I got a burrito and charged it to my room.

window ac unit is very loud

Only thing is no icemaker on 3rd floor
