Staybridge Suites Newark - Fremont by IHG

EVERYTHING IS FINE . I RECOMMAND EVERYONE CAN HAVE A TRY AT THAT PLACE.

This property had everything you need!! The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms are so spacious and every room has a full size fridge, which is helpful if traveling with kids or family. Very well maintained. I love the available Dove body wash & lotion. I’m impressed by such a good brand. This hotel is sooooooo clean!!!! I wish all hotels were this clean & comfy. Checking in was a breeze. The breakfast is delicious. I can’t say enough!

Excellent staff service.was able to check in before check in time

3stars across the board, one of the pillows on my bed smelled like pee,

We stay at many different hotels for our business, and this one was one of the best that we've stayed at. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was excellent at answering our questions and checking us in quickly. The breakfast was the most impressive spread that I've seen from the many hotels that we have stayed in. We will absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the Fremont, Newark, or Union City area. Sofa bed was not good, so my grandson slept on top of the couch instead.

Great property, clean, respectful staff, helpful and courteous. A bit pricey per night but worth it.

Good property, kind and helpful staff, great amenities in and out of the room. The evening snacks and drinks were really nice, so was the breakfast buffet. The room was very large, the bathroom looked recently redone and the bed was wonderfully comfortable and so were the pillows. Unfortunately the carpet, couch, and office chair were obviously filthy and stained. Room 202 needs the chair replaced and the carpets and couch deep cleaned. Other than that, everything about the property was in very good condition. My family really appreciated the variety of options provided in the breakfast, it's rare everyone can find something to eat much less multiple items. We would stay here again

Perfect !!

Great location across Costco. Free breakfast and great staff

A wonderful hotel. We were traveling with three children—including a baby—and needed a crib; they provided one very quickly, along with extra linens and a blanket for the kids. The room was spotless, and the towels smelled fresh. The breakfast was a pleasant surpris! We really enjoyed it!

Great room with ample room for family, clean and well maintained property. Located across from Costco.

Superb

In the bathroom sink water was not draining properly it was getting clogged and shower water pressure was very low it was difficult to wash my hair

Exceptional

Love the staff

The bed frame need to be change

Hotel employee were exceptional. These guys wear multiple hats to keep the upkeep of the property. The room was clean and spacious. I wish we had stayed more nights here. The breakfast and happy hour are amazing.

Location Dresser in room wouldn’t close.

It was really nice

It's close to the freeway. When I went to check in the staff member wasn't in the mood to talk. I asked what time was breakfast and he replied that the information was in the room. I asked if the social evenings where you get a ticket to drink for free were still ongoing. The staff member said we missed those dates already. The other staff members were great and in good moods to answer questions. Great customer service all around. The first person made me want to rent somewhere else.
