Chase Suite Hotel Newark-Fremont

Staff was helpful, neighbors were a bit rowdy, sounded like they had a party. Also did not have any house keeping during my week stay.

It was nice Loved the room it was very cozy

The room was acceptable, staff was okay (breakfast crew were nice and attentive, though), breakfast was so-so but had fresh fruit, and location was good. Room was run down and not the most clean. Handles on the drawers were sticky, doors stick and don't close properly, I had one bar of soap, and there was only one USB-A plug and it didn't work. TV was difficult to manage as the remote wasn't responsive and cable kept going offline. No hair dryer was in my room, amenities are bare bones. They give very little despite the price of the room ($630 for 4 nights). ****Also, not stated at the time of reservation is that they charge a $250 deposit at checkin and they don't refund it for a few days after your stay! Even if I booked and paid for the room in full before I got there.

This property is one of my Favorite. The clean rooms. Pool & the whole property is beautiful. Everything is perfect

3 flies and one gnat in my room. A lot of people walking around wandering at night. TVs did not work so I called for maintenance. 30 min later no one showed up, it was late so I cancelled. Not a lot of parking by the evening.

The breakfast was not good

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we are in the area.

The staff was super helpful and was able to address all of our needs. Their facility is pet friendly but my wife had allergic reactions and they moved us to another room. We also needed higher speed internet and they were able to accommodate. Front desk manager Gianni was super helpful!

clean property , decent breakfast. They charge for parking! Parking should be a given on renting the room. Also a given, water from the shower and this hotel lacked that! Water dribbled out extremely slow! Front desk said that it was their water conservation policy. Seriously? It literally took showering for at least a half hour to be able to rinse shampoo out with such low water pressure.

I like the property layout alot of shopping near by kids had a ball great location

Great friendly staff. Nice amenities. Big rooms, just a little dated, could use some upgrades as carpet is in rough shape in spots.

It was a nice relaxing place. My buddies and I got so comfortable talking. We forgot we were going out Nothing

Gabriel staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is close proximity to many restaurants.

Very convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby, perfect choice for long stay

John was on top of his game, by answering all the questions I had for him. Thank you John. This is the second time we visited this hotel, and this last time was even better than the first time . I can’t wait to get back to the area, and stay there again.

Full apartments for the price of a room. Clean facilities. Central location I have been coming here yearly for our church conversation for about 5 yrs now. This time around we noticed a definite decline...the afternoon "social hour" has become pretty skimpy. Food is meh and you don't even get a full glass of wine..just a small pour. Also, the quality of the food for breakfast has also declined.
