Chase Suite Hotel Newark-Fremont

Having a kitchen was great. It was clean but, dingy. The Filipina lady in the office was rude and not very friendly. All other staff was very sweet and attentive. Breakfast is your standard hotel set up. Overall, a good experience.

An excellent stay. Wonderful value for the money. Staff were excellent and caring. Room and all facilities were wonderfully clean. All the amenities we needed including a kitchen in the room, sitting area, and separate bedroom. Also, pool, hot tub, and self-serve laundry. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff is gossipy and seemed too invested into personal life’s of guests with extended stays. (Housekeeping and maintenance)

These are great value rooms. Very comfortable and nice looking for a great price

It is a nice gem of a place that offers suites something a family would love to stay at.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I'm happy with the rooms for the price. Haven't had a chance to try the breakfast or pool yet.

Everything. I adore Gigi, desk person. I stay often enough to have a rapport with her. Always the best! Have to say there is not a single thing I dislike. I stay here always when I come here for family.

On top of it, security was out there hanging out with them. The only thing that would scare me to come back is the activity that was going on in the parking lot in the security guards was hanging out with the kids. None of them look over the age of 21. Me and my family was gonna check out and ask for a refund, but I just decided to stay since I didn’t hear a lot of noise once I was in my room but they need to get that under control

This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall it was good but they didn’t tell us that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. All in all had a pleasant stay

Great rooms and nice staff

Staff was nice, breakfast was good & had an overall comfortable stay. Room wasn't as clean as expected (hair inside bathroom sink cup/shower and lipstick in bathroom floor.)

Because the Hotel was full… they couldn’t change our room. *I will say that the staff had great customer service and made things right.* I will most likely not stay here again. I do not dislike anyone here and wish this hotel (and staff) a prosperous business.
