The staff was friendly and the morning breakfast looked popular. I didn’t eat, but the coffee was good. The cleanliness of my room was not good; the shower also just dribbled no water pressure or it could be the head was just old on the hand held shower.

Mostly everything In my room the reception wasn’t the greatest

First of all the staff here is amazing. The property is well maintained. The breakfast is great kinda felt like i was in a hotel near a major attraction. The main entrance looks very clean, organized, and welcoming. I wish there was a place for laundry here but that was not a big deal I went to a near by place. Great place to stay even with family.

I told her yes she keep asking me what room number I am . She told me that everyone at breakfast she check in last night and she didn’t check me . Iv been check in since Thursday . She said she didn’t check me . Then told me I can’t take nothing upstairs everything must be eaten downstairs or throw away.

Good accommodating staff. Decent location. Fair breakfast. Inclusive/handicap room had a roll in shower but water got everywhere. This problem has been going on for a long time as the bathroom door jamb was waterlogged and wicked up water.

Its an average property. The only thing was your neighboring facility was a bit noisy my first night. They were landscaping till 10pm! A bit annoying. The breakfast was all gone by 8am! There was no refill. Went across the street to Mc Donald’s! For some odd reason I had problems with the pass key to the room. It didn’t always work. Had to fight with it most times.

Great stay from start to finish! We enjoyed all the amenities, the breakfast was excellent, and the kids loved the pool. Huge thanks to Andrea for letting us extend a little so they could swim longer. Her kindness made our family trip even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

They don’t clean the rooms. We stayed 5 nights and they only did the bed once and that’s because we asked them a few times. Waffles were great in the morning

Have to admit was better than I though, been staying in a few hotels lately and this one was pretty good. Only thing was not cool is bed looked kinda dirty, like was washed with other materials and had black lint all of l over it and wife was kinds itchy after that, didn't bother me just couldn't sleep well. Bed was comfortable but just couldn't sleep. Free breakfast but wasnt all that great, like I wouldn't write home about it but either way got the job done. Would stay here again for sure.

low toilet : ( ( I'm 5 ft) Close to the freeway.

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip. Upon check in, found out a little league team was spending the night! They were pretty good! Maybe 10-15 minutes total of noise and up and down the hallway a bit. They were pretty respectful.

The phone did not work, was told they would check it the next day. So no phone for my one night stay. Wire's were hanging down under desk and unplugged? I pulled down the sheet on bed, pillow cover had stained blood on it. I took a picture of course. Once in bed room 302, looked up and ceiling was falling apart and sagging down from I guess water damage, they painted over it but piece still was hanging off. Called front office from my cell phone 3 times no answer.

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. There were not any towels for the pool.
-
The property was a little rough around the edges and the rooms did not have mini fridges
