Staff not help at all. Stains on the bed sheets. Room smelled like air freshener that was covering up cigarette smell

They store the hot breakfast items like bacon and eggs under same hood which is a big NO for someone that doesn’t eat meat and waffle machine either wasn’t working or they didn’t want to refill it.

The check in and check out process was easy and staff were friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and decent. However the rooms were not clean. There were mysterious stains on the pillow case and coffee marks on the headboard. We also asked for fridge and they said they would deliver one to our room but that never happened. The bathroom sink did not drain very well and the shower would switch from hot to cold at any point during your shower. It’s a very old facility and not the best location. For the price, I would stay elsewhere.

This is all I have to say..I checked out and drove to Milpitas where I immediately realized that I left my wallet in the room.I called the front desk and notified them as to where it was and that I was on my way back to the hotel. The housekeeping staff retrieved it and I was able to reclaim it at the front desk. Honesty speaks volumes to me because there is so little of it in our society today. Five Stars from me and Thanks!

I like the fact that it was near walking distance to alot o shopping centers and restaurants had an amazing stay there, room was pretty clean staff was amazing breakfast was really good my kids really enjoyed it, thank you very much oh by the way beds were so comfortable.

Finally, Disgusting, (i have pictures as well) will send to Corperate office some type of Bug flies 3, to be exact!!! That's why I brought my own Lysol, and such SHEETS& PILLOW CASES, AND BLANKETS!!!!

The room was ample, clean, and recently upgraded. Restaurants, shopping, and freeway were nearby and easily accessible.

Need to fix the flood lights that point into the room directly all night and make it seem like day light all night. also the breakfast should be kept up and refilled. food was ran out and took 15 minutes to get new food, and it was not all of it.

It was clean but they don’t make the beds or change towels I guess you have to ask for it

Clean overall. AC thermostat did not work. Toilet flush did not work. Response was good and they tried fixing it too. Staff were responsive but not friendly. Breakfast was ok - no fruits. It is an old property with maintenance issues. Not upto the Wyndham name, I would not recommend.

Great property! Staff is unbelievably kind, and helpful. Great breakfast with variety and selections. Rooms were very cleanly, comfy beds and pillows. Clean bathroom. Wifi did not work for us on second floor, otherwise everything was great!

Great place

First of all the staff here is amazing. The property is well maintained. The breakfast is great kinda felt like i was in a hotel near a major attraction. The main entrance looks very clean, organized, and welcoming. I wish there was a place for laundry here but that was not a big deal I went to a near by place. Great place to stay even with family.
