Watch out the double charges by Extended Stay

Room smelled like something bad like really bad. I had to open the windows and even like that it was such a weird smell. There was a towel with holes in it. Weird people seating by the door - they were there the night before and the morning after drinking like they didn’t go to bed at all. Whole experience was not good. Would not recommend for a solo female traveler.

The halls were dirty and smelled like garbage and smoke. The bed was hard and felt like it was a bed on a pull out couch. It was loud. I could not stay there and had to leave after one night. The staff were very helpful and understanding. They helped me get a refund for the nights not stayed. I was so grateful for them.

Very dirty hotel. Rude staff. The entire hotel and the room smells. Garbage all around. Not worth the price.

There was NOTHING we can consider as breakfast except cafe machine with just hot water NOTHING…There are lot of ROACHES all over the places and their electronic card keys sucks and get disabled multiple times during my 2 day stay.

Although this is an Extended Stay America, where guests are generally expected to cook their own meals, the room did not even include a frying pan or cooking pan. When we asked for a hairdryer, the front desk told us they had run out and that one might be available the next morning. Unfortunately, we were checking out that morning, so that wasn't helpful. The next morning, we went for the complimentary breakfast before 9:30 a.m., only to be told that everything was already gone because breakfast is served on a first-come, first-served basis. There was nothing left. I booked this hotel for a visitor from overseas, and it was embarrassing that their stay turned out to be such a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

I rented from this company for many years and everything was excellent, but now it’s a completely different story—everything is in bad condition, from the entrance to the room.

Random burn marks in my comforter, one trashcan through the bedroom in the bathroom..

The location was perfect, my husband had a surgery and only 9 min from the hospital. All the homeless RV parked outside on the street.
