Clean room

The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was great for our 2 night stay

The room was spacious - large sofa, huge bathroom/shower. Fridge is a nice addition. Breakfast seating was manageable during peak times. I like how the items available changed for all 3 mornings. Staff was always refilling food and drinks, so they never ran out. Meh: Parking was $10/night, but I do appreciate the security car patrolling the lot at night. Cons: Room's desk had some crumbs. Didn't have housekeeping for 3 nights despite asking for the front desk for cleaning.

We stayed for one night and the room was spacious and clean - the hotel looked relatively new. They had hot options for breakfast. The parking is open but unfortunately they charge a $10 dollar overnight parking fee. Although the hotel is next to a busy freeway, the noise did not bother us as we had a room that faced away from the road. But, the location has the potential for getting busy during the day as it is located directly opposite an Auto Mall. Overall, the hotel is good and I'd stay here again.

This hotel is convenienting located near the mall and other close places in Newark that a tourist needs. Customer service is always great along with the bartender and food service. I've been at this location numerous times and will continue to come back.

The only thing I reserved room with two queen bed when I arrived I got a room with one bed and sofa

It was a great place , very clean. From front to room was great, probably since it’s newer. But it was nice indeed. My only concern was the staff, they’re unfocused and unaccommodating, I asked for my room to be cleaned since we stayed there for 5nights, I asked for full service but they just fix the bed and the bathroom was still dirty. Front desk customer service could’ve been better, breakfast was decent good thing they always have fresh fruit which is a plus. Coffees and other food are not filled most of the time, i have to ask twice.

Very clean hotel & helpful staff

Property is new and clean The AC in our room is notcooling the room. Made our boght very uncomfortable. Our son woke up few times crying and sweating.
