Hieus are very clean. Stuff is good. Breakfast is really great. I loved it. There’s a lot of parking also.

There was a fantastic shuttle driver who was very helpful and showed enthusiasm towards helping guests. He was very knowledageable and willing to assist. The reservation desk to call through to, to make a shuttle arrive through the front desk itself, is very difficult as the shuttle service is not a regular service making its rounds, and requires you to call through first, in spite of the front desk being informed and aware of the guest/s arrival.

I appreciate the balcony and the tranquil landscaping of the garden. It is good to stay in your room and be able to sit outdoors also.

The breakfast is fresh with several options. The pool is well maintained. Ample parking. Easy and close freeway access with several restaurant and shopping options all around.

Not able to check in at 4:00 pm. Front desk was rude and was not even providing any ETA.

However, we couldn't use the hot tub during our stay because there were kids in it constantly. Also, it is absurd to charge $34 PER PERSON extra for breakfast! We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast and spent much less.

The room was good but it was evident that this room had recently been renovated or repaired. The restroom had a thin layer of white dust all over and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all left on the counter near the television which seemed odd. Overall the location was good and the rest I’ve the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful.

Sewer backed up in the tub, so can’t shower after came in late night. Had to check out in the earlier morning with dirty hair

Overall positive stay. The housekeeping service was generally subpar. Reception was helpful overall and the warm cookies upon arrival were a treat.
