Before choosing this hotel, we specifically discussed wanting a hotel with a hot tub and breakfast. Since breakfast here was an additional charge, one of the main reasons we decided to stay at this property was because it had a hot tub. At check-in, there were problems with all of the card machines, which made the check-in process take much longer than it should have. During our conversations with the staff, the hot tub came up, yet no one mentioned that it was out of service. We got ready and went outside specifically to use the hot tub, only to find out that it wasn’t working. We also had difficulty finding towels, and once we asked for them, it took quite a while to receive them. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled the next morning. When I explained to the staff member that the hot tub was a major reason we chose this hotel, rather than simply acknowledging our frustration, he told me he would need to “look into it” and check the cameras to verify that we had actually discussed the hot tub. I found that response very unprofessional and honestly insulting. I shouldn’t have to prove that I’m telling the truth about a conversation with hotel staff. Room is clean, but only ONE usb port on the phone, no usb C, no water (need to be charged), no microwave using (need to be charged).

The staff friendly When I checked in elevator was not working had to climb the stairs with all my belongings Got to my room felt like a sauna turned on the AC unit left for approximately 4hours the room was still hot toilet was not working properly not flushing had to fix it myself
