Very Clean room, nice staff, comfortable bed

Overall, the property was good. One of the two elevators was not in service. The breakfast was not very good. The rooms were very clean and the location of the hotel was great.

Similar to previous stays, facility was clean and the staff was friendly

Great view of the ocean. Room is roomy with 2 beds and a couch/bed. Very easy access to the beach. Only things wrong were the sink stopper wasn't working we had to take it out otherwise the sink wouldn't drain and the coffee maker isn't working but will request a new part tomorrow.

The toilet of the room doesn’t work

Negative … no hotel pantry for munchies and the vending machines they do have took my $5 and never gave me my snack or change back . Hotel doesn’t have anything to do with the faulty machines so you’re out of luck . The gym also is subpar one older treadmill and some free weights . Overall positive experience and good quality for the price.

Check in was easy and fast, and also had a clean room.

We were very comfortable staying here. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. My only negative was not crazy about the breakfast. The staff serving it was very friendly and kept things clean. I just don’t like that kind of eggs would’ve liked a little more variety.

Front desk seemed disinterested when we notified them of air conditioning.

room temp was very good, disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast at all and had to ask twice for complimentary coffee

Stayed here on a one night stay. Location was convenient to highway and to New Castle, which is where we were visiting. Staff was friendly, room itself was nice enough. Toilet was super low to the ground so not ideal if you are tall or have a hard time standing up. Hotel was busy and was a little loud with people walking the halls at all hours. Was mostly concerned bc of the anti sex trafficking posters all over the hotel so middle of the night imagination ran a little wild.
