Suite was spacious & fully equipped. Very good breakfast & nice pool area. Comfortable bed. Carpeting was worn. Flooring needs upgrade. Property is close to I-95, so the road noise is audible inside rooms. Convenient location with shopping center a short drive or 10 minute walk.

Not a whole lot, the location maybe. The gym was subpar, the exercise bike had a broken pedal, and there were two treadmills and a few dumbbells. They were missing one of the 35lbs ones. While they had a free breakfast, it started at 7 AM and if you’re there for a lacrosse tournament, usually you have to be out by 6:30 so it was not helpful to have the breakfast considering it started later than it should’ve there was a lot of dirt on the inside cabinet of the kitchen under the sink and our couch bed had a line of rust on the mattress sheet that came from the railing that supported it. The countertop in the bathroom was unusually low coming up to my hips, and I’m an average height person.

The breakfast was tasty and the pool was nice and I loved the second bathroom in the loft and the complete kitchen. The bureaucracy was very difficult, adding an extra night was an awful waste of time and energy, the pool didn’t open until 10am and checkout is at 11 so I didn’t get to use it out last day. Meanwhile check in isn’t until 4pm and the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Also, the breakfast ends at 9, meaning they start taking food away and don’t replenish anything after 8:30am. Also, we got the one bedroom with a loft and the light and noise downstairs goes straight upstairs so I got woken up and couldn’t sleep while my parents were in the living room or kitchen area.

Miss Carroll was great and wonderful. She’s the best staff that you guys have the Maintance is wonderful as well. They come if there’s a request and if it’s needed right on time, the breakfast is good go on Mondays they have bacon.

I strongly suggest that your every location should have At least one GOLF CART near chek in place, so after chek in GOLF CART Will drop customer and their luggage near their room. Specially it will help seniors and handycap, those who have difficulty in walking. It will be blessed. Thank you and God bless everyone.

Horrible experience. Completely dirty. And, the place is also a housing complex. I paid a lot of money to stay here. The advertisement is very deceiving. Place smells like urine and animal urine in the room.

They dont bring you new towels when you put old ones out by door you have to get everything you need from front desk

Mostly a good stay. Suites are big and comfortable, it was convenient, the breakfast was good, staff was nice. Rooms were dated with some stains on carpets but they were clean and everything worked. Pool is nice but closes early (8p) and basketball court was fun. They make you sign a paper about no parties and a list of pool rules, signs all over about what not to do (use your own coffee cup you brought at the breakfast buffet)..its all fine but makes it feel extremely cheap and less welcoming. It's a hotel, people expect to be able to do things, just price it in and then stop with the signs.

This hotel has gone down in quality….is in dire need of updating and renovations. Stayed one night and was anxious to leave early the next morning. On first floor, heavy walking above. Loud noises and never realized before you can hear the traffic on Chapman Road. Will choose otherwise when on area again.

This hotel houses a lot of people who smoke weed and are extremely loud. The rooms are filthy, the refrigerator was disgusting a drawer was missing and it had not been cleaned. The sheets and pillow cases were so stained with dark brown and reddish stains covered in fuzz with strands of hair. The downstairs shower head was almost broken off and just dangling. Both tubs walls were cracked. The pancake machine broke the 2nd day because they ran out of pancake batter. The only positive was they had plant based sausages in the morning. The rooms smell like marijuana with that skunk like odor. Guests smoking weed at 9am. The smell of marijuana was so strong in our room it was overpowering. I called Expedia and they called the hotel and the hotel said they would give us another room but when we went to be moved to another room the person at the front desk said they were completely full and had no other rooms. They charge a $300 deposit and make you sign a contract that says you won’t throw parties so that was the first bad sign. None of the pictures on Expedia are representative of what this place really looks like, the filth is layered from the floors, walls, cabinets, the beds, all the bedding is brownish with set in stains. Nothing about this place is inviting or nice. I have never seen such a dirty filthy hotel. They also offer no housekeeping during your stay.
