Everything was good
-
Energetic and pleasant front desk staff. Had a hat on backwards, not sure that best represents the brand.

Microwave was dirty, smells of all kinds of smoke in the hallways, parking lot, No elevator, Breakfast was good, Overall not a good experience, won't stay there again, ever

It was rated 7.6 and that made sense. Pros - family friendly, close to mall and gas, HVAC good, sheets and bed good, so overnight stay before any trip resumption - good place. Cons - horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke on all carpets, no elevators, carpets could be hazardous because they are dilapidated, cleaning staff very good, reception person was busy on phone and put a sign that he was out helping someone when all he was doing was texting even when he was helping us - unfriendly, but not unexpected. The following morning lady was equally uninterested in this hotel that probably receives a lot of business because of its proximity to the University. So all in all, come for the night’s rest but I was not encouraged to use the shower or any other amenities at this time. Breakfast was included but avoided because of the ambience being so reminiscent of dilapidated hotels on the front…..

This property is in dire need of an overhaul from top to bottom. Only once did a staff member attempt to be cordial and all others simply didn’t want to be bothered. WiFi is weak, carpets dirty, bathroom was riddled with water damage and a "pet friendly" floor where you listen to barking all night! Beds were made and linens seemed to be clean. I have to hope they were and that would be the only positive thing I can offer. Consider an alternative place to stay.

Room clean breakfast was good

This hotel is extremely run down. The breakfast food was sub-par and couldn't eat it.

Great place
-
Room was sad and multiple dents in the wall and dirty drawers. Booked a non-smoking room and it was clearly smoked in which made me concerned for my 6 year old child. Staff were friendly and accommodating though.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at the rooms were run down i changed 3 times my room at 2 am settled for a room the fridge was not working we where so tired we just went to bed woke up to a leak from the fridge and another one from the bathroom ceiling and a roach in the bathroom the smell of mildew and the black mold in the bathroom so nasty you didnt want to touch nothing! I was so dame mad we left in our PJs ! We just went to another hotel! and requested for a refund ! I went to another hotel lord that was so much better! I didn't feel like we needed a tetanus shot!

Just poorly maintained. Smelled like weed.

This was one of the most dilapidated rooms we had ever stayed in. Positives: A/C worked and bath towels were clean and plenty of parking available. Hair dryer provided. Front desk gal that checked us in was pleasant. Areas to improve: strong pee smell in the bathroom, visible mold or mildew in the tub area, smelly shower curtain, shower head coming out of the wall, springy beds, missing curtain wands, burned out lamp bulb, refrigerator is too cold (froze our food).
-
bed sheets were dingy and needed to be replaced. desk and counters were sticky.
-
I arrived at midnight to find a line of people waiting in the lobby, because there was only one employee on the property and he was away from the desk for 30 minutes helping a guest. My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. My mattress was old and creaky and the springs poked my back. The staff do a good job keeping the place clean, but it is obvious that this property is badly neglected.

Although the property is dated, it is a clean hotel. The entire staff is accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast is top rate. It was a quiet stay. Check-in was easy and room well prepared. We always book this hotel for our Delaware visits. 👍👍👍

Room was very dated and property needs work.
-
Breakfast was deplorable! Homeless housing!
-
All good
-
Very run down and old. Our room smelled of smoke even though smoking is not allowed and they stress upon check in that you will be charged for any evidence of smoking. We were there for a quick overnight so we stayed. For the age and condition of the hotel, it is priced a bit high. Staff was pleasant.

The hotel is aging. Needs carpet replaced, repaint, upgrade bathrooms. Need to fix ice machines. Rooms are not bad.
