Completely outdated, dark, and filthy

I was disappointed. I usually think Ramada is a good place to stay. But it was very dirty. Towels were really old. I hesitated to use them. The whole place was falling apart. I won’t be going back. I might not even stay at Ramada anymore.

Conflicted review. Abt 6:30 my first morning , the big dog next door started barking. Staff said they couldn't contact the resident, but offered me a change of rooms. Shower enclosure in both rooms had staining that resembled mold and if I attempted to shower abt 9 am it wouldn't get more than lukewarm. Breakfast was scarce, late. The bar was closed Saturday's n Sunday. The fire pit was in bad need of cleaning.

This facility is long past a renovation! The room had peeling paint in the bathroom...rust on the door frames...a lamp shade with multiple holes in it...the phone didn't work...a shelf had been broken out of the shower...and generally a dilapidated, facility!

Staff didn't care. Dirty room. Poor breakfast.

Paid for a king room, was given 2 beds and told there were no kings despite me booking this awhile back. Rooms, hallway, entire property very dated. Front desk person in no rush and not very helpful. Terrible lighting in room as well.

Everything was good

Energetic and pleasant front desk staff. Had a hat on backwards, not sure that best represents the brand.

Microwave was dirty, smells of all kinds of smoke in the hallways, parking lot, No elevator, Breakfast was good, Overall not a good experience, won't stay there again, ever

It was rated 7.6 and that made sense. Pros - family friendly, close to mall and gas, HVAC good, sheets and bed good, so overnight stay before any trip resumption - good place. Cons - horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke on all carpets, no elevators, carpets could be hazardous because they are dilapidated, cleaning staff very good, reception person was busy on phone and put a sign that he was out helping someone when all he was doing was texting even when he was helping us - unfriendly, but not unexpected. The following morning lady was equally uninterested in this hotel that probably receives a lot of business because of its proximity to the University. So all in all, come for the night’s rest but I was not encouraged to use the shower or any other amenities at this time. Breakfast was included but avoided because of the ambience being so reminiscent of dilapidated hotels on the front…..

This property is in dire need of an overhaul from top to bottom. Only once did a staff member attempt to be cordial and all others simply didn’t want to be bothered. WiFi is weak, carpets dirty, bathroom was riddled with water damage and a "pet friendly" floor where you listen to barking all night! Beds were made and linens seemed to be clean. I have to hope they were and that would be the only positive thing I can offer. Consider an alternative place to stay.
