A nice basic place to stay at an affordable price. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room and in the lobby during check-in. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and in relatively good condition, with only a couple of minor wear issues visible. No USB ports that I saw. That would have been a nice upgrade to the room.

I appreciate the standard that Best Western maintains. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Everything is well maintained.

Continental breakfast was great Room was nice Carpet could use shampooing some old stains in room I don’t recall an elevator, the walk upstairs and to the room was a lot.

It was within walking distance to several restaurants and Starbucks.

I paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel to have access the amenities. First night we were there, we check in about 2 hrs later we go to swim and the pool and spa were closed. I asked the front desk he said it would be open tomorrow. The next day still not open. I ask the next day(day 3) the front desk says that we are to go to another hotel to swim! I was so up set they did not communicate that to there customer at all! I would not have stayed here knowing there would not have been a pool. I asked to speak to manager, she took my number and I have not heard from anyone! Extremely disappointed in the way our stay went.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was just ok. In room coffee/frig set up wasnt convenient. Location was good, friendly staff. A bit over priced.

Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was better than most.

The breakfast was standard hotel fare, but good and very clean and well maintained. Fresh apples, oranges, and bananas were available. The room itself had an odd smell and the air conditioner was very noisy. There was a feather pillow available as the “spare”. The ones on the bed were very lumpy. We were on the first floor so as one would expect in an older building, the traffic above was pretty noisy.
