Friendly and attentive staff. Clean room and nice breakfast.

There was also nobody to ask if they would be bringing more food out. The 2nd morning we got up an extra hour early so we could get something to eat. We were there at 7:45 and the selection was great. We also saw someone sticking up the yogurt fridge

While the property was nice, there were things that needed attention. The bathtub drain was clogged and filled with water whenever someone took a shower. Also we were unable to check in at 3 because rooms were not ready. Front desk said maid service had a meeting that lasted an hour so it put them behind but there were 4 people standing at the front desk hiding walking back and forth to a back area. If housekeeping was so far behind why were these individuals not helping get housekeeping caught up. Parking could use some more space. Spots were limited because the hotel was full due to a softball tournament.

Locked out of room not had to get keys activated again. Staff friendly and helpful to needs. Breakfast great

The breakfast offered us a lot of variety, from hot to cold foods. I was very glad that it provided hard-boiled eggs.

The stay is the same every month, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. This was a first time in a handicap room, I guess that’s all that was left, so showering was weird but oh well. The room was still comfortable and no other issues

The only thing — we asked to split the room cost for sister and us staying together. He totally botched that, refunded her payment and fully charged my account. We settled up between family members so it worked out. Breakfasts were very prepackaged meals. Coffee was individually perked so took forever to get coffee.

Ample parking, slow elevator, but overall a decent place.

Very clean and comfortable room. We love the bedding. A real home away from home. We enjoyed breakfast and the pool.

Clean room, friendly staff, GREAT BREAKFAST and even when their parking lot was full, there was extra parking right across from the front door.

Staff, although I didn't have anything to eat, very many people seemed to be enjoying the breakfast the loudness of the air conditioner. The sink did not drain well. The toilet paper plus split, could be a bit nicer.

Really enjoyed my stay, the front desk staff were excellent! Got into the area early and was able to check in. Breakfast was hot and fresh each day.

The property was clean and well maintained. We love staying here when we are in town, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always filling and there are several options to choose from.

The AC in the room did not work well and there was a cigarette smoke smell that came into the room from the hallway during the middle of the night. The room was otherwise fine. Check in/out were easy.

The beds were very comfortable The people who had stayed before us, apparently locked their dog in the bathroom and the toilet paper roller was hanging off the wall, along with scratches going up the back of the wall, and the room was not clean very well. I had a giant water of black hair stuck to my foot and I have blonde hair.
