Enjoyed our stay, location was perfect!Always stay here when in town!

Early check in was appreciated. Good location for our family wedding in Dundee. Excellent bed, pillows & shower.
-
Good deal for one night, but the Jacuzzi jets don't work, the breakfast was nothing special, and my room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke.
-
Pretty meager breakfast

Great place to stay in Newburg. Don't be distress by the outside. The inside as obviously been upgraded. The staff was very helpful! There are restaurants within walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean. There was an amazing space for our dog to run. The staff at check in were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fast for ordering take out and the food was good. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is very old and needs significant updates. Some of the chairs were broken, and the overall condition of the property did not match my expectations. When I made my reservation, I specifically requested a first-floor room because I have a back injury and cannot easily climb stairs. I made this request well in advance, but when I arrived, I was told they had not seen my request. That was very frustrating and made my stay much more difficult. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There were no hot eggs, very limited food options, and no fresh pancake machine or other items that are common at many hotels. The breakfast selection was extremely poor. I’m also concerned because I woke up with itchy bumps on my arms and back. I don’t know what caused them, but it made me wonder about the cleanliness of the room. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience. I hope the management will make improvements to the rooms, breakfast, and customer service so future guests have a better experience.

Room was clean and the bed was good.

Quiet and the staff was pleasant to work with. Room smelled of chemicals. Paint looked like a junior high student was turned loose with no supervision. The drawers were full of food crumbs and tags from clothing. Brown smudges on light switches in bathroom. Bought a can of Lysol and spent some time cleaning.

The continental breakfast is very weak...needs some protein

That place was a joke. I did not stay there. I canceled my reservation and got another hotel. Their whole boat flooded. They did not know what they were doing. Do not recommend. The whole experience

The next day when we returned to the room , it had been made up but the bed looked like someone had laid on both beds. Or it was a real sloppy job of making them up & the floor was wet. Third day we came back in the late afternoon the room had not been made up & there was a wet floor. Even though the r oom was paid for, non refundable, we left. Did not want to stay another night. The room was way over priced . Would not recommend. Apparently some liked it maybe we just were unlucky but would not stay there again.

Clean, quiet room, all good!
-
It fulfilled my need for an overnight on a road trip.
-
The location was convenient, but very difficult to find, as not well marked from main street. Nice receptionist. Small room, poor breakfast, every detail as cheap as possible

I love this place, it's affordable and has a 100Mb connection that is rock solid. The owners and staff are also amazing to interact with and caring as well. That i don't always get a room for under $100 a night lol.

It had the virtue of being clean. But the hot tub didn’t work. The pool looked dirty. No elevators. And pretty sparse staff. But it was clean, I’ll give them that. Couldn’t help but notice that booking via other online methods could mean a variation in per night cost of $40. So kinda feel ripped off of about $80. But not really the venue’s fault.

Other than I had to call 8 times to reach someone at the desk it was very good value and service and clean

We always stay here when visiting the area, never had a bad experience.

We stayed here multiple times last year and had a wonderful experience. This last one was definitely lacking. Our room was really expensive for no reason compared to our other stays. Our room smelled like smoke so bad and when we complained she just said she would note it. We opened the windows and I went and bought some essential oils. The beds are very very comfortable so I usually sleep really well there. The hot tub didn’t bubble and the boil room was beeping the entire time. Nothing was done about it. Worse part was the beeping could be heard from my room. All in all the breakfast was good the beds are comfortable and staff is kind just not attentive with the amount we paid.
