Rooms-The first room was not able to be occupied due to maintenance working in there. We hauled our items back to the front desk to get another room. The next room was dirty. The bathtub was stained and the seal around the tub (caulking) appeared to be missing. There was hair on the floor and sink. The room was humid and smelled of mold. We asked to be moved to another room. The third room was not very clean. The carpet was ripped and the tile was damaged. The bathroom was dingy and appears to need renovation. The was a bug crawling on the comforter and our room did not get cleaned/towels refreshed until late evening on our 3rd day. Breakfast- basic. There was only one cup for waffle machine. Guests had to share this cup. Check-in. Staff was pleasant but not overly eager to resolve issues. One staff member did provide a brunch recommendation when asked. Overall- we stayed for 4 days, but would not stay again or recommend this hotel. There are better options available.

I would say update the TV's in the room.

Breakfast was great! Room was very comfortable, beds and pillows were excellent. Even the stairwells were clean and inviting - the halls had modern, inviting lighting.

Good location for us! Cleaning could be a lot better! The baseboards need a deep cleaning and the carpet, it was tissue left on the floor by the bed! The toilet seat was broken and this is the second time different room!

WOW!! Everything about the room I stayed in was far beyond what I expected. I expected it to be nice, but oh my goodness everything about the room was IMPRESSIVE! The bathroom looked almost brand new. The bathtub impressed me the most. It was spotless. There were anything about that bathtub to speak anything negative. The staff was friendly . Breakfast was ok The parking was nice. Plenty of parking spaces. Spaces were not far away from the entrance even when the lot was full. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I chose to spend more time in my room than going out to do things. The floor I was on was quiet and peaceful. This hotel will definitely be my first choice every time I want to get away to relax and rest

The overall cleanliness was great. There could be a little better parking enforcement 8 arrangements for disabled customers. We could never seem to find any disabled parking because just regular cars would park in these spaces and then there a car parked in a disabled parking space that looked like it had been there for awhile and never moved the whole time we were there, the tires were going flat and etc.

The hotel is a convenient location near the Interstate and major shopping center. The hotel rooms are spacious to accommodate 2 beds and a couch. The breakfast provided a variety of options. On weekends, go earlier to avoid the rush.

The complimentary shuttle service was prompt and convenient. Plus, being right off Jefferson Avenue puts you close to plenty of dining and shopping options.  Great Amenities: The hot breakfast buffet provided a great variety of options to get the day started. The indoor pool and fitness center were clean and well-kept, which was a great bonus.  Exceptional Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to help with local recommendations or extra amenities.  Whether you are traveling for business, visiting military families nearby, or taking a road trip through Hampton Roads, this property delivers top-notch value and reliability. I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good , I think it should be served until 10 though I like that the rooms had fridge and microwave in and that the pool stead open until 10
