Great, clean, and affordable hotel.

Location was great! Near the mall, and restaurants. There was breakfast included and the hotel wasn’t too big so when needed we took the stairs when crowded at the elevator. The pool outside wasn’t as clean.

You get what you pay for. Location isn't great but the staff was pretty nice. Rooms are what you'd expect but everything worked as it should. TV, internet, the shower, the fridge. Wasn't blown away but it was perhaps slightly better than most places you'd pay the same price point for. They have a lot of construction workers that use this hotel which I wasn't aware of so there's a lot of noise early in the mornings from all the surrounding rooms and parking lot. They take up a lot of space in the lot with commercial vehicles and the breakfast is basically gone most mornings we went with 60-90 minutes to go. Maybe I just picked a bad time? Might not try them again but I don't regret the visit.

Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.

Comfort, clean, friendly staff. Television. Issue the entire stay. Unable to watch. The television. Kept flickering to HDM1 and would not allow changes.

Have stayed many times, never a disappointment. Hotels clean well kept, close to a lot of places with easy access to the interstate.

Clean and quiet. Parking is limited.

She let me check in late and didnt give me a hard time. I didnt like my room being at the end.

We were upset when we first arrived to the hotel because there was such a large crowd of people hanging in the lobby and the front entrance, and the front desk staff seemed dismissive. We were worried about the noise and our safety. It turns out that there was a family reunion going on at the hotel. We decided to stay, and it turned out to be a good decision. The crowd eventually dissipated, and we warmed up to the staff. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

The Reception staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast is terrible, there was greasy scrambled eggs, but no potatoes. The coffee was the worst coffee I have ever had. I had booked the hotel from the 5th till the 12th. of June. on 11 I was informed that my booking was only upto 11th. I had checked the costs and dates before submitting the booking in Expedia. How that booking got changed is beyond me. Whether it was because the Expedia system or I suspect it was the hotel's booking system, which fraudulently changed the daily rate and provided me with the same amount but one less day, as the one which booked. Avoid this hotel at all cost

The Hotel was next to the mall and this had a ton of dining and walking and shopping options. walking distance to the door of the hotel. The environment was calm and relaxed-coffee machine and water in lobby was also good. The hotel had a very musty moldy smell- I was surprised because it had high ratings. The staff were not rude but not overly friendly. The pool closed early and opened late so no night swimming outside of our scheduled time there. Breakfast was not great, I saw the waffle maker and thought it would be more options but that was the only thing they had aside from some muffins and bagels nothing looked very good either way. It looked like a mouse had eaten through the blankets on our bed- and the appliances were all rusty and damaged looking
