Got into room flicked the lights on roaches on the cabinets and on the floor open fridge mouse poop all through it went back down demanded a refund staff gave back no issues

The place had roaches. The refrigerator wasn't defrosted. The place look run down

The first room I got when I got there was 236 and soon I walked in it was roaches I killed 2 didn't see no more so I started to chill. Then something was crawling on me and it was ants on the bed. I instantly went down and asked for another room because I come there often just to get away but kit to far from my job. But I never experienced no bugs since I been goin there even tho they had a bad reputation about that. But I was switched to a better room and the stay was good from there

They could use a desk and a chair and an outlet near the desk. There is ample space for a desk. But other than that that AC worked extremely well. It was very hot at the days I stayed here. Decent location.

Everything was nasty pulling up to the hotel. Checked in and out within the first hour of being in town. The room had roaches all over the place. The bathroom was disgusting. I’m still waiting on a refund.

Location was convenient Close to Huntington Beach and Cozzy’s Comedy Club No chair or table in the room to sit and eat or watch tv

Dirty sheets

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. The pictures online don't look anything like the room we were given. There were brown marks on the pillow case, a frozen blob of discolored stuff in the freezer, the AC vent was broken and crusted in dirt. Drain flies everywhere, including squished to the bathroom wall. The bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep. I paid for 2 nights but we spent the 2nd night at my sister's hotel.

Quick service

Room dirty no microwave shower curtains and cost to much not to be up to par. The pool was dirty ice room dirty. Me and family will never stay there again.

Motel was old and outdated. Even tho they claim that rooms were remodeled rooms still had old furniture. The Bed was OK but the pillows were old and flat. The small kitchenette had a full size fridge and microwave and some counter space. Bathroom very small and only the toilet was newer.. All rooms are facing a small courtyard. AC was newer and fully functional. Could have been cleaner.

Everything was fine air conditioning work.Staff was friendly the rooms clean..No complaints

I got a refund after being in the room less than 5 mins There was bugs in the frame off the door, on the floor in the bed in the bathroom sink and tub. This place needs to be shut down This place is so disgusting and run down I couldn’t BE PAID TO STAY HERE

Very clean room, quiet place to stay and good air conditioning

Electric stove and cabinet space Moldy shower curtain , cracked floors , roaches , mildew smell , flies raided room . Sheets not cleaned . Wanted to return shower curtain for a clean one he said they don’t change them . Towels and rags were dingy .
