Honestly, we liked everything about the property. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious two bedroom suites with large living room. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. Honestly, we liked everything about the property. The outside courtyard and pool was fantastic.

Large room. Polite and friendly staff. Very hard bed. Loud furnace. Small kitchen/dining area. Refrigerator needs to be leveled.

Great and spacious room. Easy to check in and check out. Great pool. Great location. I wish there was a restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty in walking distance. The first night, the pool wasn’t being heated and that was disappointing. But the next day it was.

The bathroom was nice. The registration parking. It was dark when we arrived and I was not able to see where the entrance was. We ended up in the back of building. Dragging our luggage through pool area and down hall to find out it wasn’t the right way. Very frustrating.

Great location. Room was only okay for the price (almost $1000/night). Went to the front desk during business hours, but nobody was there.

The room was huge and so clean! The beds were comfortable. It was close to everything in downtown Newport. It was the perfect getaway for my mom and I! It was a bit complicated getting to our room.

It was a very quick check in process. We like the layout of the room and the full kitchen. The location is the best for doing things downtown. I wish there was more attention to the pool and Jacuzzi area. Kids were all in the Jacuzzi when it was posted that they weren't allowed. One of the showers were slow to drain but didn't really bother me as much as it bothered my hubby.

The unit was outdated and dirty. Hair on the floor and crumbs in corners of room. Broken furniture, nowhere to put our clothes during our stay- no dresser in bedroom.

We stayed in November, and the heated pool was awesome! You can swim from the inside to the outside and there are hot tubs in both areas. It was a highlight for us! The rooms aren’t the most updated, but they do the trick and were clean. We also had a room with a full kitchen which was really helpful!
