Location was great Dirty pillow case, AC made a terrible noise all night, hair in the shower on arrival.

The location was 10 out of 10. The staff was super great and helpful. The views of the bay were awesome. The room itself just felt a little old/ outdated. The bathroom was a little worn as well (ceiling especially). Would stay there again, but, I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of the room finishes.

Very nice location on the water. Staff is very friendly and helpful But this hotel needs big renovations. Everything is very old.

Great location, steps from shops, harbors and restaurants. Can walk to Tennis HOF and easy free busses to mansions. Very dated, very basic room, probably haven't updated the hotel rooms for decades and it feels not refreshing after a long day out. however we spent a lot of $$, toilet circles and barely flushed, tv and remote is bare minimum.

That all being said, we would definitely stay there again. The one great thing about the hotel is its location: marina and Bowen's Wharf.

My room was incredibly expensive - with taxes almost $1000 per night for a motel 6 experience.

Location. The room was not clean. There was stains on bedding.

Location, but it’s not worth money - it’s better book nice modern hotel for reasonable price and use car/taxi/bus They freeze 150 dollars as a deposit and not return within promised period - now it’s about week- and money still not returned . Staff is incompetent- for example I ask about ferry boat to Providence ( it’s about 100 meter from hotel) - they not aware
