Pelham Court Hotel

Communication prior to our arrival with check-in details and throughout our stay was top-notch. Every night before the office closed, we received a text asking if we needed anything further. We rented the three-bedroom suite for our Mother-Daughter trip. It was perfect, and the location is amazing; right off of Thames Street in the center of town. There is a courtyard in the center with a fountain, lights, and a table and chairs. The suite is quaint, roomy, and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with Nespresso pods, sweetener, and servingware. The kitchen table can accommodate six guests, perfect for a morning breakfast. There were three en-suite bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs. Televisions in all the bedrooms and a balcony on the second-floor master. The bathroom showers have signature body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The towels were replenished daily. We loved our stay at the Pelham Court Hotel and highly recommend staying there. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so welcoming and incredible!

Great place. Location was perfect. Parking was easier then I expected

Cant beat the location, staff were very friendly and welcoming, allowed us to check in a 2pm instead of 330pm, parking on site was super helpful. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen and pull out sofa. Our only complaint was the gas fireplace ran out of gas and we only had it on for 1 hour. Would definitely stay here again.

We did not like the room, it felt very dingy, bare and run down. Lots of wear and tear showing on the furniture and thought the unit smelled a bit off, not clean. We ended up booking another room at a nearby hotel and stayed there. It’s a good location and the contactless check in was very easy.

We haved stayed in many places in Newport and this was one of the best!

Location alone could not be better. Our suite was perfect very very comfortable and clean. Access was seamless and did appreciate the texting communication. I’m not sure if it’s a seasonal complementary service, but there was no continental type of breakfast in the mornings I was under the impression from the photos online. But honestly, it was not a big deal at all did not hinder or hurt our stay we went ahead and tried to rebook a couple weeks from now, but not surprised very popular location and spot, they’re booked all the way through July lol we’ll keep looking and hopefully something will open up a lot sooner.
