Away from the crowds enough but only a 1 minute walk to the harbor.

It was a really nice and cozy! Suite had great space. Perfect location.

The room itself was gorgeous. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms upstairs, and it was extremely clean with a comfy bed and nice, cold AC. The location was perfect too, just a couple blocks from all the action while still being a great place to come back to and relax. Would 100% stay here again. Between the friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable room, and easy parking, we had an awesome experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mill Street Inn. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. Fantastic location - walkable to Thames and Bellevue - lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and polite. They made excellent recommendations. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it! The staff are always friendly and engaging. We love the small extras like the welcome bag and sangria. The free breakfast is also amazing!

We are so happy we found this gem of an Inn. It is walking distance to all our favorite resturants and shops and has on site parking which is a big plus. We loved the rooftop deck and enjoyed our breakfast out there and a evening drink over looking the city with a sangria that they have for their guests. It was clean, the people couldn't have been any more polite and helpful, our room was awesome and we will be coming back for sure. Making sure we share this site with all our friends who visit Newport as well.

The complimentary breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning and it was delicious! Parking was included too! Would very much recommend a stay at this location.

This place was so great. I would stay here again in a second. The one small issue is the parking lot is super small and difficult to navigate. But. Not anything terrible. We loved it and would stay again.

Beautiful townhouse in a prime location to see all Newport has to offer. The staff were the kindest and most accomodating of any other location I’ve stayed at before. 10/10 definitely recommend you book your stay with them, and if you’re still not convinced, they even have their own little parking garage. (Also free sangrias by the desk 👀)

First floor had moldy air , I developed some breathing issues, but we only stayed 2 nights and survived , other than that everything else was fine.

All I can say is "wow!" This was an excellent place to stay! Great location, roomy suite with comfortable bed and linens. Clean! A/C worked great on a hot day in July. Breakfast was delivered each morning, which was such a nice surprise. And, the staff couldn't have been more helpful with everything concerning our stay. We would 100% recommend! Great location, a home away from home, and we felt well cared for.

We loved our stay at Mill Street. The location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants and free transportation, but away from the crowded touristy streets. Our room was quiet and felt very private. Breakfast, including delicious coffee, was delivered to our room every morning. We started our day in a hotel provided robe, on our private balcony overlooking the harbor, enjoying a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend

Staff was so friendly. We arrived to complementary sangria in the lobby. It was so good! They also gave us a welcome bag with goodies. Location was excellent and we walked to the shops and restaurants by the water. Rooftop patio was also great. There was nothing that I didn’t like.
